Personally I am neutral on Kaiserreich because although they are a raiding region they leave us alone for the most part and we do have an embassy with them so... Neutrality vote against liberation for status quote. It also does not help that they are liberating a region with a still existing founder which makes no sense.

I guess I can agree with that.

Problem is, KAISERREICH is more or less imperialist and monarchist and, not to mention, very anti-communist.
After delving a bit into that region and researching, they aren’t Nazis nor have they used ‘Nazi imagery’.
If one were to grasp at straws, then yes, they could be constructed as fascist but again, there are more monarchies than dictatorship in the region.
Nevertheless, I personally see it as a slippery slope and don’t really like the idea of not being allowed to simply exist as a region (a major one at that).

You follow the kittens through a long light gray hallway, as you walk on your left and right you can see small round doors with a small window on them with every door having a large crudely painted red number. These numbers sadly made no sense as the doors on the left were marked 1,3,5, etc... and the doors on the right were marked 2, 4, 6, etc... Such a strange way to organize things... Through the windows of the doors you can see that most of these testing rooms were empty, some had kittens slacking off and others had kittens testing weapons of war against a pillow dummy with a dog face painted on it. The kittens you are following are still going further down the hallway though...

Sadly, many raiding groups don't feel the same way.
'Simply existing' seems to be reason enough to invade and claim a region as their own. I find that to be socially retarded.

And now, Nazi Europa is being hit with a 'liberation' resolution.
While I can understand it, it seems quite invasive to 'liberate' a region with an active founder, as they say in the resolution:
'Acknowledging that Nazi Europa still has an executive Founder;'
Furthermore, the following reasons aren't valid enough to call for a 'liberation' as such images are against the rules of the site, meaning that, if they haven't been kicked off by now, they haven't been openly using Nazi imagery:
'Disgusted by Nazi Europa's open endorsement and promotion of Nazism throughout itself and other regions;
Disappointed at the open use of Nazi imagery and attributes throughout the region;'
The following makes sense and I can see the validity of such claims, although, bear in mind that (1) Dank Memes is more or less a dead region and the founder went off to BLITZKRIEG, an Invader/Defender region, (2) They actually defended the Femdom Empire from CAIN, a coalition of communists and socialists who were invading regions on a whim (Also invading regions that had nothing to do with Nazism or Fascism) and (3) The Arab League has an active founder, who has kicked and banned most people from the region, plus the region is tiny as it has 4 nations, nothing more, nothing less.

And this part is my personal favourite as it pretty much calls for people to bully other people off from their own regions for simply having different opinions, detestable opinions I will agree, but it creates a terrifying slippery slope that could be abused to simply drive people off for, again, having a different opinion:

Well, many security council attempts at condemning raiders have been met with opposition because raiders see them as rewards, so instead using legislation to open offending regions up for attack (even if there is an active executive founder) seemed like an interesting proposition. No one can say for sure how effective it will be, but I thought it would be interesting to see. If it's not working out or people decide that Kaiserreich did not deserve to be punished, then we can repeal it.
