Mingula, small island near Guam

Its so good to see Australia thriving once more :) I wish y'all luck in your upcoming Delegate elections.

-Benevolent Thomas

Perhaps we could start by having WA Delegate terms of three months. People's activity and involvement levels are likely to fluctuate enough in that span of time to make it seem like a reasonable time in office.

Yea that sounds fair about 3 months. Yes I can't beleive in this day in age its so hard to find a plane.

The news said something about the plane not following the route it was supposed to, and the GPS boxes all being manually disabled, which is strange.

If anyone wishes to nominate for the position of WA delegate other than myself you must nominate on our off site forum. You have 7 days. After which I will see the matter resolved.

What sport do we all follow here?

Sinned and nayr

Aussie Rules of course

NRL or AFL?

Both

prefer NRL myself.

Free western australia

A-league all the way. Oh, and the cricket of course.

Sport? I get all the exercise I need by chasing my toddler around the house and keeping him out of mischief. :P

But seriously, I prefer NRL over AFL or A-league. I haven't really followed cricket since Steve Waugh retired, nor tennis since Pat Rafter retired. I like watching WRC when I get a chance, but that doesn't happen very often. Other than that, Question Time from the lower house gets my blood pumping (or boiling). lol.

Yea I hear ya.

The Australian Labor Party's primary vote has dropped massively in Western Australia. Instead of choosing our progressive and experienced Senator Louise Pratt as our number one candidate we picked a old, conservative union chief. What a disgrace.

Leagise Medical MArijuna (or however its spelt) thats my topic of the day.

Before I discuss the topic of the day, I just wanted to point out that although my nation's tax rate is 92%, it's rated as one of the lowest tax burdens in our region. :O

As for marijuana... I hear that the state of Colorado in America has legalised the purchase of the stuff for recreational use, for people over the age of 21. Still some restrictions on where you can light up though.

thats cause we all tax high and its crap that medical cannabis is not legal signed a petetion the other day for this poor guy who has terminal cancer and has to break the law to get by just sad.

Lawn Bowls

Who doesn't enjoy taxing the life out of their citizens?

Very few people vote below the line and since Joe Bullock was placed first on the Labor ticket and Labor has only won one seat (as the counting stands now), he will be elected.
I'm not sure what you are calling a disgrace but that was Labor's doing, rather than the WA voters.

I dont really know what goes on in WA politics how was the teachers strike last week?

Ok what exactly does that mean?

That means we drink.

Though a recent study says teenagers drinkings has halved.
