I'm all for redeveloping Kelra.
Since we don't have a government and roles, we'll just do a classroom-type voting instead. I nominate myself as the highest possible role here.
I intend to revisit the golden days of Kelra, bring back the RP standard (but with slightly lower bars), implement a military (just like before as we were supposed to raid RWOT, not the raiders), and hopefully bring back Zakaruba here once they're done hiding. I'll also implement a constitution and better factbook quality for the Govt. factbooks tbh
As there isn’t any functional govt., I‘ll be trying to make a draft on how our govt will work. I’m too far tired this midnight and most likely will get published tomorrow
So you're from Kelra's days I heared. I'm sorry to inform you it's not from ill will or anything like that, but I understand you want to make Kelra again, but we here don't want to do anything with old RWOT family including Kelra.

I just finished Pokemon Emerald "by accident", I was playing happily and out of nowhere I entered the league where the elite four, (I didn't even know if I had deleted all the gyms) So I got there completely unprepared, and I finished it, basically I only used 2 Pokemon (the team was complet, but the others were too weak to battle) Rayquaza and Blaziken, They and algae potions and revives were enough to defeat the elite four (Blaziekn was lvl 65 and Rayquaza lvl 70)
But if anybody is awake later on, here are the things needed:
A WA program, that be endorsing the officers or having a military (which is what both Kelra had last time, I think most we got was Zakaruba with 50+)
Less cluttered and one-liner RMB since we don’t really like off-topic posts here except on Discord. But AGAIN, maintain order in your servers and RMB. We will need lower ranking officers, an administrator, 3 ministers for the services (Recruitment ministry [for both WA and the region], RP ministry, and some sort of miscellaneous ministry probably keeping things fun here in the region)
Overall let's not be a target of spite. We shouldn’t disappoint anyone with our behaviour. You represent this region, RWOT and former Kelra.

I know, and I got lost a lot during the game, it was definitely the Pokémon that took me the longest to finish, including the breaks I took and several restarts, I think I've had this same Pokémon Emerald save for a year and a half, and I only finished it now, not to mention my habit of wanting to play several Pokémon games at once.
Pokemon fan games too. Pokemon Uranium was one of the best ones.

Also, but not much, I have the goal of finishing at least 1 game from each generation, but I ended up skipping some that I'm going to download the ROMs for, which is Pokemon Crystal, and one of the games from the 4th generation (I forgot the name), I've already finished Fire Red (almost finished Leef Green) and now Emerald, and I'm playing Pokemon White too, I'll see if I can emulate X or Y on my cell phone, after all, unfortunately my PC burned out.
