The primary holidays of Masalaya include:
• Day of the Proclamation of the kingdom, where we celebrate that our nation was founded
• various Indigenous festivals, like the so-called "Sarakiki-Hadang festival" or "Sinulog"
And
• "Wiesen", the Austrian form of "Oktoberfest"
among others :)

I apparently missed the "original" part... oops.

Well, of course Day of the Proclamation of the kingdom and the Festival of Light, a festival where streets and public spaces all over the kingdom are lit up in many colours and little night stands that sell food pop up everywhere. There is music and performances in all parts of Masalaya's cities. It brings in thousands of tourists each year! Come and celebrate this festival of joy with us sometime (after the Pandemic of course)! 🎆🎇🎉

Masalaya

Hello everybody, I am writing you today with news: Masalaya is leaving ASEAN.

The reason for this is mainly because of the lack of activity and (realistic) immersiveness.
I am currently working on a region focused on (semi-)realistic roleplay with a focus on creative input, deeply cultured nations, and a generally light yet interactive rp experience.

I had a nice time here and hope that ASEAN will strive for greatness and develops more. I always saw this region with alot of room for potential, tho I won´t be able to bring the change I would love to see. I wish you all the best and may your nations prosper

-sincerely, the king of Masalaya
