A Dice Pizza delivery driver was caught speeding by a mobile speed camera van going a top speed of 130mph, whilst attempting to deliver a customer's pizza in time, in a 60mph restricted construction zone on the S1 motorway.

The incident happened last night, where the vehicle was clocked at 130mph at 10pm in the evening, during the typical pizza rush time on evenings. The driver was pulled over by police after a short chase, and was found with 4 pizzas to be delivered to a nearby address. The driver, who shall not be named for legal reasons, was put into custody and is awaiting sentencing.

The 4 pizzas were refunded, and customers received replacement pizzas shortly after.

Dice Pizza is yet to release a statement on this incident, however, Dice's delivery practices have come under extreme scrutiny previously in 2012, where a family of 4 lost their lives due to a speeding driver.

Yeah dice needs to be investigated, maybe they are rushing their workers too hard (and paying low wages per delivery)

Guys, what do y'all think about Averra doing the funny? he spawned like 30 alt accounts so he can control the region (whilst pretending to be democratic) and when people found out after a few years, he tried to merge with a bigger server to take it over with his alts (using dual citizenship and free voting for his puppets)

Alcris was the region affected by his BS and New West Conifer is the breakaway from Alcris

Hereali Insurrection at an End - 7 Years Later

Seven long years have passed since the reignition of the Hereali Conflict. The conflicts origins can be traced back to 1728 with the First Hereali War between the Empires of Hereal and Foxomexra, and continuing in intervals across the following centuries. The latest conflict came about on 13 June 2017 on the centennial of the passage of the Baum Resolution - a now long repealed law that saw the forced emigration of an estimated 150,000 ethnic Hereali people out of Foxomexra.

For the first two years it was fought exclusively between the Foxomexran Province of Hereal and various insurgent forces - the largest of which being the National Movement for Hereali Liberation (NMHL). Offers of federal aid as well as provincial support went refused by the government of Hereal, which remained confident in the Hereal Self Defence Force and sought to avoid seeking external assistance. This confidence dissipated over time, and Hereal would come to request federal intervention. Approved on 22 January 2020, the first federal forces were dispatched to Hereal to provide support, authorized only to act in limited and defencive capacities. The presence of federal troops saw the NMHL escalate the conflict with more aggressive tactics, even threatening the Hereali capital until their forces were forcibly diminished with offensive federal actions.

Negotiations for a ceasefire carried on through early 2021 and was signed on 27 May after Hereali Governor Kole Hurtolk negotiated an end to the fighting and the removal of federal troops by 31 August. The ceasefire would not last, however, and in November of 2021 the NMHL launched yet another attack directly on the Hereali capital of Rekara. With his overwhelming failure, Governor Hurtolk resigned and once again federal troops were called in, arriving in early 2022. From then on, the federal military set forth to see to the end of the NMHL and the restoration of peace in Hereal.

Two long years have passed since then, and now on the 3rd anniversary of the NMHL's breaking of the ceasefire, the Hereali government has officially declared the conflict over, though federal troops remain at their request for several more months.

https://iiwiki.us/wiki/Hereali_Insurrection_(2017) contains some more details of the early stages of the war. Casualty and death numbers are from 2021 so not up-to-date.

Hey there Anteria. The URA has recommended you vote AGAINST Condemn New Ordered.

URA World Assembly Recommendation

Condemn New Ordered
Recognizing that New Ordered, the founder of the region Bangladeshi Puppet, has acted in a manner that has negatively affected the harmony and stability of various regions within the world;

Noting that New Ordered has consistently undermined the diplomatic relationships between regions such as The Liberation Army and China through disruptive actions and inflammatory statements;

Observing that New Ordered has repeatedly entered regions with the intention of stirring controversy, sowing discord, and promoting ideologies that conflict with those of the native inhabitants, thereby creating unnecessary division and tension;

Highlighting that these actions have caused significant instability, weakening the cohesion of multiple regions and damaging the bonds of mutual respect and cooperation essential to peaceful interregional relations;

Concluding that New Ordered's conduct has eroded trust between regions, undermined efforts toward peaceful coexistence, and contributed to an environment of hostility and division;

Therefore, the Security Council hereby condemns New Ordered for their disruptive actions, which have destabilized regions, fueled discord, and weakened interregional unity within the community.

This Security Council resolution was written by MysticShores to condemn New Ordered
The United Regions Alliance recommends that you vote AGAINST the resolution

In short this resolution focuses on condemning New Ordered. The reasons listed in the proposal are all very vague, and frankly aren't enough to merit a condemn of somebody. For this reason the URA recommends you vote AGAINST this resolution.

Government Declares Platalta Crisis Over

Just under six weeks since the crisis in Platalta began, the federal and provincial governments have declared in a joint statement that the crisis is at an end. This also comes with the promise that refugees may begin returning to the battle-torn city of Santander, after the military conducted a twelve-day sweep of the city in an attempt to root out the final remnants of the Agosto militia following the assassination of Conservation party leader Victoria Velazquez.
In a press conference earlier today, President Enseñador stated that the assassin has not been confirmed to be captured at this time, and that it is not unlikely that they were killed in the fighting that followed.

The President also took the time to address other questions and rumors that arose in the wake of the fighting. He has stated that those militants in military custody will be tried individually rather than as a collective, as well as confirming that the government would use pre designated “disaster funds” to help rebuild damaged infrastructure as well as compensate the families of civilians killed in the fighting. Most monumental of all, however, was his statement that he will not be seeking a second term in office, saying he felt that a more unifying figure was necessary to lead the nation in the years to come. At this time, it is unclear who the Republican party will nominate in his place.
Enseñador also addressed rumors that some military leaders had professed a desire for intervention in the South Fresian Civil War, stating that he was aware of no such dialogue, and such drastic measures would need to be discussed with the other members of the Aestes Defense Treaty (The Fresian Confederation, United States of Antara, and Soltenia) before they were taken. The President expressed support and sympathy for the government of South Fresia, promising humanitarian aid and to accept refugees.

In terms of the public view, very few support a foreign intervention of any kind, much less one so close to Adrinian. An anonymous source at within the President’s circle confirmed that most within the government believed any such action would be political suicide for those who support it. With the total death count from the Platalta crisis now confirmed to be well over 2,500, it seems there is no desire for more violence anytime soon.

The Southern Question

As news of South Fresia's civil war rages on, a battle is brewing in the parliament between the Centerlist Front and the Proletariat Union of Fresia in the political capital. Though the question isn't if they want to get involved in the civil war, that much was very clear when the Fresian Border Security Agency sounded alarms of incoming refugee groups piling up in checkpoints, no, the question currently tearing the House of Representatives apart is how far they should go with this intervention and who they should support in this civil conflict. The PUF is arguing that they should support the rebels through diplomatic pressure and sactions, while the CF argues that they should send in the military to crush the growing Islamic terrorist group and force a compromise between the rebels and incumbent administration to protect Fresians in the warring nation. The New Democracy Party of Fresia is actively trying to find its own compromise between the two sides so they could act as fast as possible while the Fresian Nationalist Party is actively stoking any flames, both in the population and government, for war against South Fresia to re-establish order.

Though more importantly, the average citizen in the Fresian Confederacy, the voter base for all of these parties are mildly concerned with the growing Islamic presence in their region, especially those who live in the south as they become increasing alarmed at the amount of refugees coming across the border and setting up small tent town on their side of the border, near the checkpoints. In fact, there seems to be growing trend that political will to do something to stop the crisis becomes weaker the farther north you are from the Fresian-South Fresian border, and vice-versa.

But for now, the question is still up in the air about whether Fresia should dedicate its fighting force into the conflict or should the nation provide relief support to help ease the suffering of the civilian population across the border.

Tresnistan National Television
Now brought to you by the Federal Republic of Anavero! - Equal, fair and independent news for all!
The Consequences and Results of the War

Good morning, good evening and good day to all our viewers, national and international! I'm Vadim Chernikov, the new presenter for Tresnistan National Television! Before we begin, I wpuld like to start with a statement: I, and the broadcast team, wish to thank those that laid down their lives for us to bring us true freedom. Your sacrifices will not be forgotten. Without your bravery and dedication, we would not be here today in the position we are. Now, let's begin, shall we?

Since the end of the conflict over 200 days ago, the Sunadic Treaty Organisation have been hard at work helping our country rebuild by providing security, supplies and assisting President Serovich in creating the structure of our democracy. Both the Sunadic Treaty Organisation and the Federal Republic of Anavero are on a very wide and extensive manhunt for The Premier, Anavero's former leader who committed many various attrocities and breaches of human rights. So far, The Premier has not been found and remains at large but is suspected to be helped by ANB Agents, soldiers and citizens still loyal to his regime. However, President Serovich has reassured us that he will be found and held accountable, whether in an Anaveroan court or a court in the Sunadic Treaty Organisation.

In the months following the war, a joint operation has been led to find and permanently close down any and all institutions of forced labour in the country, left over from the previous authoritarian state. So far, many labour camps have been closed, mainly in the northern and north eastern regions of the country. Hard labour camps were the most common type of labour used by The Premier's regime, meant to "re-educate and rehabilitate" individuals sent there for a variety of reasons, ranging from those exercising free speech and individuality to polirical opponents and dissenters. With more and more of these camps being closed down, more is being brought to light about the situation with many branding the period from when they were introduced to their closure as 'The Anaveroan Genocide' - named aptly because of the countless lives lost. As the released inmates try their best to rejoin society, many horror stories have been told of the camps, their conditions and what happened withing the heavily patrolled perimeters. The past few months have been a mixture of emotions for our nation's citizens filled with grief, happiness, relief, horror and sadness as the true fate of those admitted to the camps is revealed to their friends, family and relatives. A previous inmate had this to say, "I'm thankful that the war ended when it did and the labour camps have been liberated. Many of us died in the camp I was in, worked to the bone. I never thought I would be free and now I am, I don't know what to do with myself."

Since the closure of the war, President Dimitri Serovich has been hard at work with our allies in the Sunadic Treaty Organisation, securing our future and ensuring a better life for both Anaveroans here and abroad. During the war, many Anaveroans fled abroad to escape with the majority fleeing to our allies who gave them safe passage. The nation that helped the most Anavaeroan refugees was Morrawia, allowing citizens to seek shelter and support for the duration of the conflict. President Serovich urges those that escaped abroad to return home to assist in rebuilding the country, promising a better future. Great efforts have been made to try and repair the extensive damage caused by the authoritarian regime, examples being the metros of Tresnistan which were ordered to be submerged on The Premier's orders to "stall attackers and prevent suprise attacks", no matter if military personnel or civilians were using the metros. The lengths of which The Premier would go to in a last ditch attempt to protect the capital can still be felt to this day, and possibly months, even years after.

In more recent news, smugglers have found a way to bypass Sunadic and Anaveroan forces in bringing goods illegally to sell to citizens. Yuri Lamenkov, President Serovich's Minister of Trade, has advised against buying these illegal goods as they may be low quality and could be harmful to personal health. Serovich's administration have promised to crack down on illegal goods/contraband brought into and distributed in Anavero. Authorities suggest new Anaveroan border guards may either be lazy in performing searches or may be being bribed by smugglers. Minister Lamenkov is petitioning for Serovich and Anavero's Sunadic allies to ramp up efforts in searching for illegal goods. Should Lamenkov succeed in his petitioning, Serovich and our Sunadic allies will have to conveine about the issue to discuss the best approach.

Anaveroan authorities and Sunadic forces stationed in Anavero have reported a drastic increase in alcoholism, smoking and drug use among the general public, mainly within some of the most heavily affected areas during the war. All three actions were banned during The Premier's regime where with personal orders of The Premier himself who is said to have personally detested alcoholics, smokers and drug users. With an iron grip of the country, the former state startes to implement and enforce unfairly harsh laws against those that smoke, drink and/or use drugs - regardless of conditions. With the collapse of the People's Republic, these laws are ineffective as they are thought to not agree with Serovich's plan for Anavero's future, being considered too harsh and inconsiderate of an individual's conditions. President Serovich had this to say: "I am aware of the growth in all three recreational activities. Me and my cabinet are watching the situation and planning on how to handle it. Under my administration, I promise that these former laws will recieve a tough review and harsh criticism to ensure that they can be adapted to fit our new form of government. I implore citizens to partake in these activities at their own risk."

That's all we have time for today! Thank you for joining me on Tresnistan National Television where we cover both national and international news in a new unbiased manner! Remember, stay safe and take care! Good morning, good evening and good day to you all!

Government Stands Ready to deliver Aid, The Cape City Daily

The port was abuzz today with both military and civilian vessels as the government effort to receive refugees from South Fresia as well as deliver aid to the nation gets underway. Many coastal resorts and hotels have been made up to receive the refugees, as volunteers and gracious donors prepare foodstuffs and other essentials for their arrival.

The governor has confirmed that the few first evacuation vessels will be escorted by military vessels, including the Southern Fleet’s flagship, the AA Islas Pacificas. Military personnel will also be placed on board the civilian vessels in order to assist in evacuations and maintain order during the process.

Additionally, the 7th infantry division has been activated and will be undergoing “special training” alongside their role in policing the coast and assisting in the evacuation. This has prompted some in the local community to express concern, saying that the possibility of a terrorist attack is unrealistic, and does not warrant turning the area into an occupied area.

As evacuations of refugees from the Southern portion of the Fresian peninsula, the Daily will update its readers on the situation.

Sending our boys “over there”

Just now, parliament has come to a consensus on their position in the civil conflict happening in South Fresia. Prime Minister George Clinton has announced on live, national television that the Fresian Confederacy will be handing humanitarian and peacekeeping operations over to the Fresian Armed Forces to coordinate an effective response to the growing unrest happening across the border. The Fresian Border Security Agency has been authorized to use whatever means necessary to contain the situation in the south, working directly with the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in an emergency council to to grant as many South Fresians asylum in the nation to curtail disorder in the current exodus. The Department of Foreign Aid has issued an official statement to all municipal governments to implore their residents to pitch in the effort, no matter how small the contribution. Locals have already started forming small groups in an effort to provide to the displaced either giving basic supplies or taking them into their residence. However, there has been minor resistance from other locals who view their southern neighbour with distrust. Coupled with cases of criminal activity around a few municipalities near the border, there is a new, growing opposition to the current FBSA strategy to taking in foreigners across the border. Though for now, public sympathy for fleeing refugees from South Fresia is still relatively high, and we hope that it continues to rise even after the civil conflict is over.

- HD switchover in Niater
After more than a decade of broadcasting in Standard Definition, which succeeded analogue television in 2012 following its shutdown after 64 years of service, the time has now come for SD television to also be phased out, replaced by full HD transmissions across all CBS channels and state affiliates nationwide. Beginning on December 2nd, CBS's 576i SDTV channels will no longer be available and will be replaced by 1080i HDTV broadcasts. The Department of Communications (MfK, MvC) announced that the first region to transition to full-HD broadcasting will be the Western Niater states, with Eastern Niater following by February 2025. CBS will assist viewers in transitioning to HDTV until April 2025, alongside HD Niater, which can be reached at 02684 10 10 10 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. - Stolz makes apperance in Württemberg, polling ahead nationally
Democratic Chancellery candidate Valerié Stolz made an appearance in Württemberg following the recent gubernatorial elections, which saw Democratic Governor Leigh Warren re-elected for a second term. During her time on stage, Stolz also campaigned for the 2024 Chancellor elections, where Warren publicly endorsed her candidacy. Nationwide, the Democrats are leading in the polls with a double-digit advantage over the NVP, which is performing significantly better in the East but struggling to gain traction nationally. Despite the Democrats' lead and Stolz's strong polling numbers, the December 13 elections are still expected to be closely contested.
