Astorian Archthane Plans to Visit Greater Penguinia by Quillen Inkwelles
Mon., March, 11, 2024, FROSTBERGH,

Greater Penguinia, which the help of the Ministry of Relations, has officially declared that maritime trade and diplomatic relations be established with the nation of Lost Astoria.

For 500 years, the nation of Lost Astoria had remained isolated from the world stage, but while its culture and people grew strong and unified, the nation knew it needed change for its economy. Moreover, Lost Astoria passed a bill, establishing formal trade deals and diplomacy with our fair nation.

On our home front, Minister of Relations Blaugard d'Azur, after sharing a drink or two with the current president of Anavero, President Sergei Serovich, sought to continue establishing good relations with Greater Penguinia's Anterian neighbors and upon hearing of Lost Astoria's movement towards making international relationships, he brought this to the attention of the government and arrangements have been formally made.

As such, a meeting will be held on Wednesday in Frostbergh, hosted by Prime Minister Frostine de Montblanc, as well as Minister d'Azur, with Astoria's Archthane of Odellus, Elidibus Dal Astor.

The beginning of the End?

For years the West had cracked down on Eastern sympathizers, anti-monarchists, and anti-church movements. The institutions that the West survived on had slowly drowned in irrelevance - their scare tactics and censorship - as information has become more widespread, mostly through Eastern media, about the corrupt nature of the Wester autocrats.

One man in particular, Xaviar Halimi, Princep of the Western Capital District, Helliama, had been born son to an Eastern sympathizer, who had attempted and failed multiple coups while in exile in Yemmak. Xaviar was taught from a young age to despise the West, and, was taught by his father to organize resistance when he was a young boy. But Xaviar, unlike his father, wouldn't hide away while his brothers and sisters fought their oppressors, and would rather stand and fight than to hide a coward.

His rise to Princep was noticed by all, and was a major contriversy among the Royal Family, who feared his elevated position and family history would rout the masses into a revolt.
But Xaviar kept a low profile, he didn't draw attention to himself, and had slowly gained the trust of his fellow Princeps. Xaviar wished for a truly democratic state, not a state run by a host of families, who, for the better part of 100 years, had bent the state to their will.
Taavan was an inspiration for Xaviar, his revolution had been the only thing to dislodge the grip of the Imperial Families, and as suspicion grew off him, Xaviar had begun making connections with the East, in hopes that one day, the Gates of Paramin would be knocked down, and with it the Imperial Families and all their wrongdoings.

-

April 22nd, 2018. Xaviar had gathered his loyalist forces, drowned in the belief that he could pull off a revolution that rivaled even Taavan's, he preemptively launched is large scale attack all over the West.
His main targets were the Imperial Families, as for all they ruled they have only exploited, and had embedded the idea in himself that the Imperial Families were the last remaining evil in all of Greater Yuguistan, and that he would claim glory in defeating them. But the Nobels and fellow Princeps remained elusive, and in the meantime, he plundered their factories, and occupied their residences.

Caught up in his ego at his initial successes, Xaviar failed to account for the infamous Imperial Army. He hadn't knocked out their means of countering Xaviar's relatively small force, and, in a matter of weeks, Xaviar's Liberation Forces, numbering in the thousands, had been knocked down to merely a few hundred desperate survivors.

Xaviar attempted to draw out the war, using gurrelia warfare and hit-and-run tactics, but to no avail. Losing hope and numbers, Xaviar reached out to his allies in Yemmak to lend him aid in his revolution. On September 1st, President Kruso gave the green light for 100 platoons of the GPP to take control over Western military bases closest to the border to "...avoid destructive weapons from falling into the hands of warring factions."

However, it would be Eastern intervention and Xaviar's heresy that sparked a wave of unity in the West, sparking the Yudui-Aberb Intervetion Conflict and mobilizing the Western government once and for all.

M1 TV(political: neutral) Actuality Guests:Ronald Jarvis,Diana Valova,Anton Vorobev and Richard Carrington /Host:Alina Dementyeva |14.03.2024|Layton

Good evening, the opposition has been protesting for the third day because of the majority's ultimatum to President Elizabeth Hall, which expires at midnight on March 15, the day before the District elections. In three days, the largest protests took place in Planton city, as expected. For now, everything is calm, but the question is how everything will take place after the 15th. Our two topics today are known: the possible impeachment of the president and the elections in Layton and Planton city districts.

Before we move on to the conversation with our guests, we will look at the report from the field:

After the ultimatum became a reality, the opposition mobilized in a very short time and began demonstrations. 100,000 people came out to Planton city and chanted the name of the strongest political party. In other cities, smaller protests were recorded, around 50,000 in Layton, 20,000 in Jacob city and 5,000 in Vasilevgrad (second largest city). For now, the situation is quite calm, but it is feared that after the 15th, the worst could begin.Stronger opposition figures say that if the recall happens, it could cause big problems in Platnon city. Many were worried by the news that anarchists could appear among the protesters, and then the danger of conflict on the streets increases. Especially if you take into account the beginning of 2022, when after the tragedy on the Anderson bridge in the following days when they tried to occupy the station "West Layton" and "Old Airport" which was prevented by a quick reaction of the police. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Secretary of the Police of Platnon City District call on citizens who go out for demonstrations to distance themselves from such people. For now, we are quietly waiting for the weekend.

Mr. Vorobev, you recently became the leader of the Communist Party as one of the main people from the opposition, how do you see this situation and what do you think will happen?

A.V (Leader of Communist party): I think, first of all, that the president should have thought carefully when she gave that decree the way she did. I'm not saying that it wasn't unnecessary, but it's an issue that should have been discussed in parliament. Second, the rulers reacted with too much anger and caused this. Let's be clear, this is a typical example, every action has a reaction. They could have challenged it in the constitutional court, but they didn't.In my opinion, both sides made a mistake, which is why we have protests, and it was not said that the demonstrations were also held by government sympathizers. There may also be some incidents, but what could happen at the end of the week worries me the most. Precisely because of the destructive elements that can they come to provoke violence and there may be victims. Objectively, we will all bear responsibility for that, both the government and the opposition. But the law that gives women and other minorities some opportunities for a better life should be on the agenda here.

Professor, the opinion of some people is that President Hall herself is responsible if some incidents happen, and that the majority's ultimatum is just a reaction. Do you agree with that?

R.J (Professor on Faculty of Political Science in Jacob city): Mrs. President started all this, that's a fact, I don't understand why she did it. I don't believe she was naive and thought this would pass. If she wanted to propose it, she should have is to do it through the parliament and let everyone have their say. But to do this and know two things first that you don't have a majority and secondly that majority is ideologically opposed to you.Indeed, if the impeachment happens, she should be interviewed and asked about this. She has not only endangered her position, she has endangered any power of the Democratic Party, whose leader she is by the way, and who, to be honest, does not have any excessive power in the parliament. She was the bearer of their presence in the executive power and in everything else. If that happens, it will be a heavy defeat for the Democrats, because they have lost all influence.
Demonstrations are an expression of dissatisfaction with a decision and i don't see anything wrong with that, but i call on the services responsible for order and peace to investigate the presence of anarchists and to prevent similar events that happened after the tragedy on the Anderson Bridge if they are planned.

Mrs. Valova, what is the general mood in Planton City, are there any indications that some incidents could happen? What is the general attitude of the citizens towards the still current president?

D.V (Editor of Freedom and equality newspaper): If only the opposition is asked, the protesters will not riot, nor is it in anyone's interest, but the dissatisfaction is great. But I agree with the professor that everyone should distance themselves from those who are ready for violence .I repeat, the dissatisfaction is great, everyone already knows that Planton city is more progressive in the public eye than the rest of Clarkstan, and that is best shown by the figures where there is a greater presence at the protests.
The citizens there are already psychologically prepared for her replacement, which will 90% happen because the deadline for the ultimatum expires today at midnight. She is very popular there, especially among young people, people who work on the minimum wage, labor unions, etc. After the general elections in 2022, there was great euphoria on the occasion of her coming to the position of president, and now it is a heavy blow for all of them, this ultimatum, and the anger towards the People's Republican Party will be greater.

Mr. Carrington, as one of the leaders of the party, you proposed an ultimatum 10 days ago. As an ideological opponent, you are even bigger than the Christian Democrats. As a party, in 2022, before the second round of the presidential elections, you led an intensive campaign against the current president. You even mentioned some things that she could try to introduce.

R.C (member of collective leadership of Right Alternative party): Well, we ran an intensive campaign against her back in March 2022 before the beginning of the election campaign. At that time we were all separate parties not under this name and we constantly warned about what she could introduced as well as the Democratic Party. We succeeded in one part, and that is that the Democrats did not get enough mandates even though they were happy as well.
In everything, Elizabeth Hall was above the party, that's a fact even until the election. What tells us that success was achieved thanks to her as an appearance. However, the people rewarded them with mandates for the reason that in 2019, and we all remember that, they changed the liberal ideology to social democracy .I'm not in favor of that, but I much prefer it to liberalism, which has not brought the country anything good.
I don't see anything wrong with the protests, but we should pay attention to the anarchists because they are the main problem in everything. I talked about it with the Minister of the Intenal affairs on Monday and warned about it. If that happens, the parliament should create a commission and find out who are the financiers of those anarchists and put an end to them.

Thanks to everyone, we have finished the first part of the show.
Now we move on to the elections. Mrs. Valova, we start with you. According to the polls, it seems that the result will not be different from the one from the 2022 special election in Planton city. And can you compare the situation with Layton?

D.V: Unfortunately, cohabitation in Planton City did not lead to results, prices are still high, as is the rent for an apartment for one family, and the taxes on small businesses are also high. I earn well and 54% of my 100% salary goes to the apartment, tax and bills, and five years ago i paid 40% for that.
Planton city is becoming more and more of a city where there was a strong middle class and where there are four member families where everyone works on the minimum wage, they could live, but today it is difficult. This is how much the former first minister did for the district. Planton city has become a problem for Christian Democrats as well. that was said by the head of the club of deputies of that party and even the prime minister, Kanaev. For two years, this large coalition between the Democrats and the Christian Democrats did not bring results.
Layton District is in a much better position, the government is much more effective than here. Prices are also high there, but there are lower taxes, the opening of businesses is encouraged with subsidies, as well as support for young people and newly formed families. They are much more social than those in Platnon city and it is the same party, it just seems to have a different view in economics and finance.
In a conversation with people who live in Planton City, many people are thinking of going to Layton, and it is much more expensive, but you get more from giving money there. So I have no doubt that the government in the capital will remain the same, while in Planton City, they should think about what to do.

Professor here and Mrs. Valova have no doubts about the victory of the People's Republican Party, whose government will be even stronger when People and Justice party joins in. While Planton city has an obviously serious problem with rising prices in all areas, which does not benefit either the Democrats or the Christian Democrats.

R.J: In Planton city, everything was fine until 2019, because ideologically, the strongest faction within the People's Republican Party prevailed there, namely the Christian Democratic faction, which changed in 2019 to a much more economically liberal faction, which only caused damage to the party, which led to extraordinary elections down. At that time, everyone thought that the Democrats would get power as they did at the city level in 2020, but that did not happen.
The government was formed at the last moment, and until then the federal assembly had to intervene regarding the budget of the districts because they had not yet formed a majority. The people remembered that and that is why these polls are the way they are. You have not done anything concrete, taxes have not been reduced, etc. Something must be done there, because if Mrs. Valova, who earns well, used to spend 40% of her salary on household utilities, and today it is 14% more, that speaks volumes.Although Layton is more expensive, it is much more affordable, first of all, housing prices are controlled by the government, there are greater benefits for all levels of society, the only problem is that it is very difficult to find an apartment and that is one of the main issues there. There are many reasons why Christian Democrats are better off in Layton than Planton city, they don't have to worry about the capital because they win for sure.

Mr. Carrington, as a Right Alternative party, how convinced are you of a good result in both districts and are you satisfied with the campaign ?

R.C: Well, we did our best for Layton, we have no doubts about a good result, despite the fact that Mayor Nazarov created problems where we had a hard time implementing some things there, but we succeeded. So I have no doubts about a good result. Planton city was very difficult and the whole campaign approached very tensely, but I hope we will achieve a good result there as well. I will not say much because the campaign is over and now we are waiting for the elections.

Mr. Vorobev, how do you think you will pass, four years ago in the local elections, the Communist Party achieved poor results in both cities. How do you think you will pass in both districts?

A.V: A lot has changed since 2020, and you could also notice that we did very well in the general elections two years ago. I think that we in Planton City are still in an easy position, even though we once cooperated at the federal level. for almost 20 years with the Christian Democrats, we did not lead the government with them in this city, nor in Layton. So we are not burdened with the problems they have down there. I hope that we will not be the first with better results in both districts, that's for sure, but traditionally there is always I am doing well in Layton, I expect that we will be the strongest opposition party, while in Planton City we will still see what will happen.

Thank you all for being guests of the show. And we also thank the viewers for following us, stay with us on Saturday on election day. Until then, goodbye and have a good time.

The president has been impeached /

Elizabeth Hall is the first woman and the first impeached president of FR Clarkstan, the impeachment was preceded by a fierce discussion between the government and the opposition, now the function of acting president is performed by Vyaceslav Kanaev, who ex officio called the presidential election for Saturday May 18, and the second round, if it happens, will be held in June 1. The position of the Prime Minister will go to the already known person Emily McLayden (leader of the People's Republican Party-Christian Democrats), who held that position from 2019 to 2022.
At that moment, anger, sadness and acceptance could be seen in Planton City. Elizabeth Hall will address soon.

MARCEL PELIKÁN ELECTED 32ND PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MORRAWIA

KRÁLOWEC, F.D. — Marcel W. Pelikán was elected president of the Morrawia on Thursday, defeating his Republican rival Antonín Tur after campaigning on a promise to of stability, empathy and restore civility and to expand the government’s role in guiding the country through the era post-Anavero.

Mr. Pelikán, 37, who will become the 32nd president and the youngest man ever sworn into the office, secured 55.2% of the popular vote in the runoff election. Furthermore, for some even more historic moment, he will set to become the first openly gay president of Morrawia.

The result also provided a history-making moment for President-elect Pelikán’s running mate, Senator Anna Raṡínowá of Pomaria, who became the first woman, on a winning presidential ticket.

After spending eight years as President Tomáṡ Slawinský’s vice president — Mr. Pelikán finally attained a goal that he has dreamed of for over 15, capping a career in national politics that began with a victory in a 2009 House race in South Banawia. He was swept into office this year with the support of a diverse coalition of younger voters, older voters, college-educated voters and women.

Despite initial hopes, the race was not the landslide many Liberals had hoped for: Pelikán lost two important battleground states where he had invested time and resources, most notably Caripathia, amid signs of challenges with a number of Polish-speaking constituencies.

Antonín Tur personally congratulated Pelikán, right after the last votes were counted and wished President-elect "luck and lot of nerves in the office."

"Some people close to me told me to keep fighting and that not everything is lost. But I see it differently. Marcel won by over 10%. To invalidate these results, like I saw some of my colleagues do during the recent House election...frankly, I find it distasteful and childish and it undermines our efforts of bettering our democratic process. I am not like this! I accept the results and I concede the election to someone I new for a very long time, and I trust him to do the best for the people of this country," Tur stated during his campaign conference.

Now, much of Pelikán’s agenda is secured after the results of House elections, where Liberals experienced sweeping victories in many constituencies previously thought to be Republican strongholds. Liberals have thus expanded their numbers in the House, and have a first majority since 2016. The situation in the Senate is different with more division and lot more infighting.

Upper House Legislation revises the Housing Act of 1988
16/MAR/2024
Rejima Cable Prints

Today the Upper House Legislation has revised and passed the Housing Act of 2024, the changes to the policy include the amount of money a property loan can have, the policy also has also restricted Real Estate companies from owning more than 21% of real estate in each Rejiman prefecture, forces landlords or companies to now bundle basic utilities in with rent as a way to optimize basic payments. Lastly, the act has also ensured that every Rejiman Citizen has a right to have a basic home whether that be by quartering in a Government funded apartment or by having a basic house that is affordable no matter the location.

Many Rejimans have a high approval of this renewal of the act as the 1988 act had become irrelevant to modern times especially after the Yojung incident where in 2022 the Yojung Real Estate Group(YREG), who owned around 37% of real estate in the Uzumi Prefecture increased the pricing of housing, and rent in apartment's by 45% causing some to go homeless or work longer hours. As of right now with the Housing Act of 2024 YREG will have to sell around 45% of it's real estate in Rejima to medium companies at low costs.

As for what this means for the future Rejimans it could mean less stress on rent or going homeless and also an optimization of paying for basic utilities and possibly more buying power for the average Rejimans.

Channel 1|March 17 |2024 District Elections results

The ruling party declared victory in the capital, fiercely and uncertainly in Planton city.

The People's Republican Party-Christian Democrats is the absolute winner and this time in Layton, what was expected with 51% of the vote, right after them is the People and Justice Party with 20%, while they will be joined as the majority by the Right Alternative Party, which won around 11% of the vote.Peoples block for Layton where communists and socialists are leading the opposition in the capital, while the Democratic Party is in last place with 7% of the votes.
It was much more brutal in Planton city, where even though the Democrats were not able to form an independent government as Christian Democrats in Layton, the difference between the two parties here is 4%, followed by the People's block for Planton city with 19% of the vote. People and Justice party with 14% and Right Alternative Party with 9%.Obviously, the situation in Planton city is not simple, although for some it would be logical for the Democrats to form a coalition together with the People's block for Planton city, but there are problems with some things, while the right-wing parties together lack 2% to form a majority and a government, which means that in general, conservatives are not such a minority in progressive Planton City.

Conclusion

The Christian Democrats, with the support of the People and Justice Party and the Right Alternative Party, will sovereignly rule Layton for the next five years, while they will have opposition in the left-wing bloc, which will only have 19%. The Democrats suffered a debacle in the capital with 7% of the votes won. Layton is very interesting that it is still not known whether Vladimir Kolganov will be the first minister of the Layton District for the third time, which immediately caused suspicion among some that he is being considered for the presidential candidate on that issue. The People's Republican Party-Christian Democrats will declare themselves the end of the week.
Planton city could become a problem again if the situation with the formation of the government does not happen quickly, the district will fall into a deeper crisis again, and the protests regarding the assumption of the presidential office by Kanaev are gaining momentum, and the ruling party's decision on the presidential candidacy could be decisive. But for the opposition, the situation is still not clear who could be their candidate. After Elizabeth Hall drops out of this race, the opposition is in a problem, and it is not even unified, and they will probably give an answer to that in the coming days.
However, this is not the end of the electoral spring in FR Clarkstan. On April 20, there are states elections in the federal states of Ontanava, Montalbana, Aleniya and South cost. And on May 18, extraordinary presidential elections. And finally, the official results of the District Elections:

Layton District results:

People's Republican Party-Christan Democrats - 51%

People and Justice party - 20%

People's block for Layton (Communist's and socialist's)- 12%

Right Alternative Party - 11%

Democratic Party - 7%

Planton city District results:

Democratic party -32%

People's Republican Party-Christan Democrats - 28%

People's block for Planton city (Communist's and socialist's)-19%

People and Justice party -14%

Right Alternative Party -7%

Breaking News: War in Anavero over! - Federal Republic victory!
A different newscaster is sat at the broadcasting table, this time being a younger man but well dressed with presentable hair and no facial hair. He appears younger than the previous newscaster and more anxious...

Goodmorning, good evening and good day to all! I'm Vadim Chernikov, your new presenter. The previous presenter has been temporarily removed from his position so that he may be kept safe while handing over information to our new government. As you may have noticed, a fresh, new face isn't the only change!

On 28th February, the forces of the Federal Republic of Anavero and their allies, the Veligrad Pact, surrounded the People's Capital Building where The Premier and the Central Committee were hiding in the final days of the conflict. The forces of the Federal Republic broke enemy lines and pushed into the building itself where an intense and lengthy gunfight broke out that took up majority of the day. Our forces faced The Premier's most ruthless, brutal and merciless bodyguards - 'The Hand of The Premier' and when they were defeated, the remaining defenders surrendered. While secueing the POWs, soldiers made their way to the roof and removed any flags of the People's Republic of Anavero, hoosting the flag of the newly formed Federal Republic of Anavero, signifying to all that The Premier's regime had fallen. Meanwhile, soldiers searched the building top to bottom, looking for The Premier and Central Committee to bring them to justice. During the search, The Premier's grand majestic office was found where upon entering, there were some bodies, which upon further inspection were some members of the Central Committee. Here is a list of who was found dead:

- Bogdan Vamilsky - Minister of Defence
- Leonid Gormankov - Minister of Logistics
- Alexei Saminsky - Minister of Political Affairs
- Igor Ormanovich - Minister of Agriculture

Here is a statement from one of the soldiers that discovered the bodies and the office:

"Judging from how the bodies were, The Premier must've executed them based on the bullet hole to the forehead. Still, it appears the others weren't going to run as they knew they'd be killed, depending on what order they were killed. They stood by him, even as he shot them. They knew they were going to die so they probably thought it would've been better to die to him than us I suppose. That's my take."

While also searching the People's Capital Building, now renamed to the Presidental Residence, soldiers were directed to The Premier's bunker, or the Premier Bunker, by a Hand of The Premier soldier who had defected and surrendered in exchange for a low sentence and a better life. Anatoly Yurismov, a former Hand of The Premier lieutenant, brought to the attention of the soldiers that the entrance to the bunker was in The Premier's office that could only ne opened with keys belonging to members of the Central Committee and high-ranking officials. He disclosed that the keys for the deceased Central Committee members were still on them as they were ordered to leave them since Federal Republic and Veligrad Pact forces didn't know about them. When opening the hidden door the the bunker, a thick concrete wall behind a bookshelf, soldiers descended into the Premier Bunker to find it abandonded with more bodies and the bunker in complete disarray, a reflection into the final days and hours of the authoritarian state. There were multiple rooms that had somw of the state's most powerful and exoensive military equipment along with remaining luxuries that citizens had been deprived of, even before the war. The four rooms of importance were: The Premier's underground office, the Central Committee meeting room, the Central Committee's living quarters and The Premier's living quarters. All four rooms were behind heavy metal doors with only one being locked - The Premier's office. First, the Central Committee's quarters were checked and when investigating, the conditions for some of the country's leadership was horrible - each member had bunk beds (same as the soldiers) with limited space, all cramped together with 4 desks, lockers, a TV, radio and bookshelf. When compared to the quarters of the soldiers, the only difference was the radio, TV, bookshelf and desks. Also in the room were some more bodies, 8 being soldiers and 3 being members of the Central Committee with the total being 11.

In the Central Committee meeting room, there lay a table in the centre with a projector and projector screen. Cheap and low quality wooden chairs were used for the Central Committee members while The Premier had the same majestic, high quality and expensive wooden chair he had in his office above ground. 3 bodies were found here, all being Central Committee.

Next was The Premier's quarters, directly next to his office. In comparison to other quarters, The Premier's was more spacious, comfortable and overall greater than the others. In the room reside a larg wooden bed woth the finest materials, the same desk as his above ground office, same chair, two bookshelves with various books, a radio and bedside cabinet. No bodies were discovered here, although a case for a handgun along with some ammunition and cyanide was found.

The final room was The Premier's office with the door being locked. Expectations were mixed as some hoped The Premier had committed suicide while others hoped he was alive so he could be tried. When the door was finally cut open, expectations were shattered. The room was trashed with only a single body - not belonging to The Premier, but instead the second-in-command of the brutal ruler - Andrei Valishenskov, the man who had taken his position after the previous second-in-command during The Premier's health crisis was removed. Certain members of the Central Committee and even The Premier have not been found and a national manhunt is underway, potentially needing our new president, President Serovich to request international aid in hunting down the previous dictator.

Here is a list of the deceased members of the Central Committee:
- Andrei Gormisov - Minister of Trade
- Aleksandr Setanovski - Minister of Industry
- Ivan Emalinovich - Minister of Transport
- Grigoriy Urimov - Minister of International Affairs
- Mikhail Amenskovich - Minister of Public Services
- Boris Olaminski - Minister of Law Enforcement

The remaining Central Committee members are believed to have escaped, were executed or committed suicide to prevent capture. Federal Republic soldiers are now searching for the puppets of possibly this nation's second most notorious leader.

Now, onto more positive news! From the 29th February, Dimitiri Sergei Serovich has become the first president of the new Federal Republic of Anavero! He has stated that soon he will be meeting leaders of the Veligrad Pact to help draft our ciuntry's first coalition to prevent figures such as The Premier coming to power again, adding that the process will take a while and certain features will be temporary but during his presidency, he has high hopes that he can establish a fully functioning and effective constitution that governs the new government but ensures the rights and liberties of citizens are protected and guarded. Soon, we will have an exclusive interview with the President himself where we will ask him how he'll rebuild Anavero, what his goals are and how to change international diplomatic relations! We will also be looking into new potential political parties and candidates for our first ever election to rival Serovich as our great nation joins the world stage as a free, fair and equal democracy! Alejandro Espina Coronil announces intention to run for the presidency of the nation by Newsroom, 18 de Marzo 2024, 10:30.

"I will run for the Council of State, I think myself mature and literate enough to guide the Montillan revolution, if only my comrades would lend me their trust." said Alejandro Espina in a speech to the People's National Assembly, met with applause and ovation from the comrades of the Communist Party. Alejandro Espina Coronil is a representative for Guaitiao, theorist and author of books such as Theory of Law in Bourgeoisie Societies and popular fiction titles like The Ideal Life, along with multiple pamphlets, a student held in high regard by Miguel Guerra in life, he is one of the most popular choices for who should take up the lead of the revolution in 2024.

Espina gained notoriety as a leader of the Union of Young Revolutionaries in 1970, after a letter to Miguel Guerra prompted the leader of the revolution to publicly self-criticize and improve his further understanding of theory. In 1971, Espina was taken as a personal secretary to the president, with claims that he was Guerra's apprentice, despite denials from both. An advocate of further modernization of the armed forces and a return to the policy of socialist solidarity of the 70s and 80s, Espina is known for his excellent oratory skills, knowledge of public policy and for being the architect of the humane drug policy in his tenure as Minister of Public Security from 1985 to 2000.

So far, he was the only candidate to explicitly express his intention to the presidency, others have only expressed their intention to the Council of State.
