In other news, we are sending a representative to the Conference of Anti-Fascist Regions that is taking place later this week and today, with some friendly regions, we stood up to a bully that was going around threatening small regions if they didn't agree to merge with his region. The bully in question has now abandoned his region in fear of people power and is hiding out in the South Pacific in disgrace. Hooray!
Out of interest, why are your Regional Officers called Principle-Agents? I'm not familiar with the concept in the context of anarchism.

We don't believe in Government, so we instead have people who have power based off of regional influence.

As members of an attempted anarchist polity, we're all both principals (stakeholders in the good functioning of the system) and agents (officers with the power to affect the good functioning of the system). Anything truly important we consult each other on, while for minor stuff we have the liberty/power to act without a bureaucracy breathing down our necks. Being versed in the principles (theory) in play and personally committed to them, we don't worry too much about abuse of those powers.
TL;dr we really don't have a regional government as such, rather those of us who a) care and b) are well-versed in the game handle what needs handling. Hence the name of our region. :-)

I was just wondering if there was a concept of Principle-Agent in real life anarchist movements or if such a 'title' was used to describe delegates from anarchist groups/co-operatives/communities/etc to confederations/etc. I've just never heard it being used in an anarchist context so was curious.

Hello there, I am happy to present you with this week's regional news from Change.
Regional News:
On Sunday 16th June, Change became the 'Featured Region of the Day', meaning that the population had exceed 20 by the end of the week! We've had many nations come and congratulate us, while other nations have decided to join us on a hopefully permanent basis! Inside a few hours, Change's population increased by 6 (around a 30% increase) and we hope that it can provide a platform for our hopes in the future. Anyway, we will bask in the glory of being featured for a long time!
Earlier in the week, the parliament region was formed by Change civil service and was immediately becoming the region for debates and votes. While we were waiting for the embassy to fall through though, the first Parliament bills were passed and debated on on the Change RMB, with the first act passed without any objection. We expect the next few debates to be in the parliament region which will then become the permanent place for them.
Inter-regional and local news
Last week we reported of improving relations between Change and Arasmer, but we may have jinxed those positive relations because a few days later, the Foreign Minister decided to abort embassy construction. Their founder decided to send a region-wide TG stating that Commander alpha was 'trying to tear this region apart'. We decided though to ask Commander alpha their thoughts and we published the interview earlier this week:
page=dispatch/id=1221993This week Change parliament approved the idea of the region joining the The NationStates Commonwealth, an organisation designed to bring nations and regions together. Parliament had expressed full support of the process, and Change has become ready to join. As of Sunday 16th June, Change was nearing completion of embassies to the region.
And finally, to end off, we look to what might happen soon. We put to the region the idea of sending our news to The Independent Newspaper which some nations supported. As well, the Minister for Culture, Media and Sport will put forward his plan for a regional Olympics! The region is also looking forward to a few more arrivals, following our recent featuring!
