Article 1 - Economic

1. Romaniche will provide tax breaks worth US$500 billion in (combined) totality to all corporations of nations of the CoR hoping to operate in the country, there will be no new reparations needed, only future tax breaks to operations.

2. Romaniche will only take loans from the Korean government in its future development projects should it need loans.

3. Romaniche will grant CoR artists, performers, and other CoR residents working in the field of the arts, access to promote in Romaniche without paying for the permits and necessary rights.

4. Romaniche will be granted economic compensation of US$30 million for the damages of the war.

Korea will be allowed to build 10 Korean education centres in Romaniche, for more in the nation to learn about Korean culture. A provision for future cultural exchange will also be guaranteed for more Koreans to understand Romaniche.

Article 2 - Political

1. Romaniche will remain politically independent and retain the systems of government as before the war.

2. Romaniche will allow a representative from each nation of the CoR attendance in the legislature, they shall have no voting power, but merely be able to witness the passage of bills or laws in the legislature.

3. Romaniche will ban extremist parties as determined by the government of Romaniche.

4. Romaniche will not form alliances unilaterally.

Article 3 - Military

1. Romaniche will dismantle bases on the Northern Philippine Island of Luzon and Guangdong Eastern Province

2. Romaniche will limit spending on the Military as a percentage of GDP to 0.5%.

3. Romaniche will allow the CoR members to have 1 military base in the country (should they choose to have one).

4. Korea will offer and extend protection to Romaniche and be allowed an additional 6 military bases in addition to the 1 in Kuching.
