Russia has recently erupted into Civil war, Pro Putinists live on in the north while the democratic factions have taken southern Russia. America is Also in chaos and somehow the war in Ukraine is still going on. It once looked like Russia was going to take over Ukraine but now it seems the remaining forces are only there to bug the governments of Eastern Europe. Prime minister Jaroslaw remembered the confusion in the party during the wars first days. Eventually Russian advances slowed down and a civil war began.
He drove through the dark evening in Warsaw to attend a meeting about the war. As it looks like the remaining forces hopefully Won’t be much of a threat, some politicians are considering sending volunteers to the frontlines.
Jaroslaw personally wanted caution but would be Okay to send a few thousand troops to help.
Sejm building:
The session opens. We gather here to discuss how even after falling into a civil war, some Russians are still attacking Innocent Ukraine. Some members have brought up limited numbers of soldiers to finally expel their threat.
Debate begins almost immediately, “If we send troops to Ukraine we risk angering Russian troops in Kaliningrad bringing us into the civil war” “If that does happen surely we can handle them” “that’s just risking lives” “More lives will be saved” “I say we send 1000 troops and if it turns out well we can send more” “I agree” “It could still heighten tensions” “Do I have to say it again why are so afraid of Kaliningrad” The Sejm consolidated into 3 main blocks the “Nope, no troops” block. The “Send some troops block”. And the “Atleast more aid block”. The ruling party Law and justice was mostly in the Atleast more aid block or the Send some troops block. After 2 hours of debate the vote began. There was no atleast more aid option so most of that block joined send troops, giving them a narrow victory.
It was decided that 1000 troops and extensive aid would be sent to Ukraine. These would be “Trial troops” if it works out well, more can be sent.
