Not at all - in fact, I can't recall a single issue about religion that alters the final 1-10% of IR. The majority of those that do are related to a space program or military operations, but also seemingly random topics such as taxation, gender equality, or your nation going through a drought, to name a few.
As for the other 90% of the calculation, it is extremely obvious and can be checked with a calculator when replying to any stat that affects one of the three freedoms.

More importantly, joining the WA grants you citizenship in 10000 Islands, which allows you to participate in elections and run for office.
