Proposal:
This proposal aims to repeal GA#527 for vague and imprecise phrasing and terminology, as well as for creating a loop hole allowing time-limited workers to file for paid leave for the total duration of their work period.

But, the people who are really behind this repeal are too cowardly; They just want this gone so they can get back to business as usual of treating employees like tools that they can dispose of at will.
