It's basically the last time the region updated. Delegate endorsements are recounted during that time to account for changes, so by last election it just means last update.

It doesn't reflect when we actually elect our Delegate though. That was a few days ago.

To first: Well, I did say that it only may seem offending to a christian. Since I donīt know which religion the most offended one has, I canīt speak for him as he canīt for me. If the person which it was actually referring to feels offended by it then they shall say so; If they are not offended then everything is fine.
Oh, and I didnīt use it again so that should be fine as well.
