It didn't, it went down by 0.07%. It probably because my defence forces are so high only solutions that have a high effect towards increasing military even increase it at all and it's usually no more than 1% now.

You can get accurate translations from Google Translate if you just translate sentence by sentence and translate things back to check for errors.
