Policies:

*2. If a player is taking a break then they should tell RP admins, if this break lasts for more than 12 days then they will be removed ahead of time.
*3. RP admins are the judges of the rules and if someone violated them. The Emperor(s) are the highest authority concerning RP.

I am gonna join the rp. Stew Pid is a... Swiss man living in tunisia wanting a primitive revolution in spain (what am I talking about). Stew ends up making a bout to cross the Mediterranean but he doesn't know how to build ships so the boat sinks around 5 miles off coast. Stew Pid dies at age 26 leaving behind of a primitive Spanish nation

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON NEW TRIPOLI
With the architectural team ready with their first blueprints, construction on New Tripoli begins.
Building on a psuedo-Spanish building style, the first portions of the town to begin being built are the New Tripoli Port, and the Central Vity. A mix of high-skilled laborers from Anatolia and slaves mainly from North Africa and Arabia.
For the New Tripoli Port, great inspiration is taken from Port Vell in Barcelona. The Port is to be twice the size of the former Tripoli Port. Planned to be one of the grandest ports in North Africa.
The Port is to be operated jointly by the New Tripoli Administrative Government and the Ottoman North African Company.
Tarrifs are to be lowered for the United Kingdom and Spain once the Port is complete.
For the Central City, it will be divided into 3 sections.
Allona, Osman Square, and Örk.
Allona is planned to be the residential portion of the center, Osman Square to be the administrative and cultural center, and Örk to be the economical center.
Osman Square is to be centered around a giant statue of Sultan Osman I, being surrounded by palaces and large buildings. Notable buildings are to include a palace for the Ottoman royal family, a Palace for the Ottoman Arts Institute, a Historical Museum, a grand Mosque, a large City Hall, a University, many upper class resturants, and a park thinly surrounding the Square with a man-made river on its outer border resembling a larger version of the Chinese Forbidden City.
Allona, being on the east of Osman Square, consists of roads, small parks, and many apartments, with some being for the lower classes and some being more luxurious for the upper classes, a School of Medicine, some resturants, and millitary barracks on its northern edge.
Örk, being on the West of Osman Square, consists of shops, markets, a few Doctors offices, and a large park in its center.
The vast amount of parks have been criticized by some political figures, but Sultan Selim, who personally ordered the creation of the parks, has ignored such criticism.
The Center is expected to be completely finished in a decade, however the Port is expected to be finished a few years earlier then that.
A massive amount of laborers and slaves have been shipped to make sure the project isn't delayed.
A separate, much smaller project has also began to expand the size of the Port of Tunis by 1/4th, that separate project is expected to be finished in 18 months.
