What if after the end of the Qing Dynasty Sun Yat-Sen never resigned right then giving the power to Yuan Shikai after gaining power to end the very brief civil war that came after, China would be divided in civil war but without Yuan messing up the ROC it would actually last.

This does not help the moral of suffragettes in Great Britain but progress is made outside of England and Wales.
