He supposedly did get a warning from the mods.
Then that warning becomes a tempban from TGing. The mods have been making HUGE leaps lately.
Pretty bad.
Because apparently he already had a record and these things add-up. and well when people keep doing something they were told to stop Authority is going to take action.
Yeah, he got a warning on the 13th March about it - but as you say, they've skipped a few steps.
There have been several TGs and emails sent about it, so we'll see what happens, but in the meantime they don't look like they want to negotiate at all.

Reminds me of when I was DEATed. I was never given a clear reason but they claim that I broke a bunch of rules. I've noticed that ever since I was deleted, the mods have been so much stricter.
Considering he's Divair, a DEAT was going too far.

The new region's founder is a shared account owned by government members both past and present.
It's a nation specifically created for the security of VF. It was used in the old region, so it seemed fitting to use it to found this one.
1. If he's been on for so long, he's bound to break some rules over time.
