Yeah, it was the same guy -- Naic came from The Rejected Realms. TRR is mechanically unable to eject nations (they are the region people get ejected to). So, the only thing they can do about offensive speech is to suppress it and report it to moderators. Looks like the moderators did remove some of Senforya's stuff already. He's cruising for a nation deletion at this rate.

All things considered, I do believe that is a default motto that’s an option for the randomizer.

However, the odds of them being the same without intent are not the best, although enough that an accusation can’t be made solely on that.

As long as people follow the rules and don't post offensive content, they're probably fine.

If someone gets banned using one puppet, but then comes in and acts completely normal and professionally with a new puppet, there's not really a problem.
