It's just an example. But if we are going to go down this path, I do like my local neighbourhood watch association, with their important announces about road and sewage works and their seasonal celebrations at our park. But I digress. I do believe that a larger cabinet will be more fitting for such a massive region. Like you said, three people alone can't oversee an entire region all of the time.

However they act like they know more than the commissioners (which isn't guaranteed at all) when the commissioners and cabinet are more close to equals. No matter my petitioning to have them ban trolls they just shut it down immediately.
