Our people are proud and fierce defenders of their Nation.
We have a planned economy and our Constitution only allows the ruling party.
Send leftists to us and we'll show them how to build a socialist utopia together, forever

Mangrovia wrote:Musk is buying twitter? Very bad.
We need to close it.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would you do that?

Veilacia wrote:Musk is no stranger to hollow public stunts, so I'll believe it (him actually attempting to acquire Twitter and following through on his proclaimed vision for it) when I see it.

Acquiring over 9% of a multi-billion dollar corporation is not what most people would call "hollow." Offering and purchasing stock toward taking over the entire company is pretty solid as well.

Veilacia wrote:Yes, ideally Twitter and large social media companies would be broken up, or at the very least divested of the US/UK gov't actors that influence their practices.

They did kick President Trump off the platform. Is that what you are getting at?

Better yet, send them here and we will show them the error over their ways.

I was referring to partnerships with gov't-funded think tanks & employment of former officials and spooks into pivotal positions.

Where's the poetic justice in that, brother?

Right where you find it.

Musk bought Twitter and the Left exploded. This is more fun than a Three Stooges marathon.

Perhaps now, Twitter will be come more than just a mass of left wing trolls and bots.

I'd be happy if it just got more people talking. Place is a circle jerk of the same opinion.

It's always amusing to see leftists' cognitive dissonance in action. At least one MSNBC commentator expressed concern that Musk could use Twitter to amplify certain people's opinions, while suppressing others behind the scenes - as if Twitter wasn't currently, actively doing that exact thing already.

I read an article about how if DeSantis ran for president he should pick Manchin as his VP. I think that is a great idea. You'd be getting the mod dems and the republican vote and a good majority of the independents. America is not as progressive as the pigs at cn n would have you believe. We see progressives are destroying this country from the inside out

Voting isn't going to save us. DeSantis and Manchin are politicians, same as all the other scumbags currently in D.C. Their only concern is their own power and wealth, and they will say and do anything to stay in (or gain higher) office.

The latest addition to the federal bureaucracy is the Disinformation Governance Board.[1] Headed up by Nina Jankowicz, the new agency is supposed to combat misinformation distributed by human trafficker south of the border and by those pesky Russians here in the homeland.

Speaking of Russians, it should be pointed out that Jankowicz was a highly vocal champion of the "Hunter Biden's Laptop was a Russian Operation" theory.[2] She was also fully on board with the Trump Dossier and Russian interference in the 2016 election and other Left wing fables.[3]

Straight out of George Orwell's "1984," the United States government now has its very own Ministry of Truth.

There's no way this is going to go wrong...

New poll is up.

Anthea Butler is a far left professor at the University of Pennsylvania and an MSNBC columnist. Her latest column is a rant against the rising trend in home schooling and private schooling across the US. The says this is clearly racist, referring to private schools as "segregation academies." She laments that much of the commercially available homeschooling materials from "conservative Christian" sources.

Frankly, I think that lady is smoking something to be that blind. Just in the last week, I 've seen news stories about middle schooler's catching sexual harassment complaints over using the wrong pronouns, and that a Colorado mom was stunned to find out that not only did her daughter attend a meeting of transgender students, but that school officials warned her child against talking to her parents about it.

Add this to the ongoing problems of graduating students that cannot read and write, left wing indoctrination, etc, etc, etc... I think this lady kind of missed the reality of situation by a country mile or two.

What do you think? New poll is up.

Excellent foresight from our most esteemed President. He cancels the Keystone XL Pipeline during the pandemic when jobs were most needed, kowtowing to the climate catastrophists of his party, seemingly unaware of the distinction between hijacked environmentalism and worthwhile conservationism. He bets on Nord Stream 2, without concern for the geopolitical ramifications of greater European (and, now, American) reliance on Russian oil. And, now, with the advent of the Russo-Ukrainian War, the U.S. is left without energy independence, grasped at the throat by a tiny minority of climate catastrophists; the E.U. is still scrambling to find other energy assurances, possessed by the belief (even held by supposed European conservatives) that Europe can become 100% renewable, cheaply and efficiently, without nuclear power; and the President tells us that we're actually all the better for it.

I was a Democrat for all my life. Seeing the Democratic Party's corrupt machine in full work against a more based Bernie Sanders in 2016, its attempt to crown Hillary Clinton as the "presumptive nominee" and, then, work around the clock, along with the establishment media, to smear Donald Trump as a demagogue ultimately led me to identify with Ronald Reagan's words, "I didn't leave the Democratic Party; it left me."

God willing, the midterm elections will pour cold water over the Democrats, leading to the Republicans, with or without Trump, retaking the White House in '24. I hope that it'll make them realise that the full-throttle drive into some Maoist conception of social justice hasn't paid off at all (e.g., 52% support for Republicans amongst Latinos and just 39% support for Democrats in a recent N.P.R./P.B.S. poll). But, I shan't hold my breath.

Anyway, keep red-pillin' the People, Xyanth!
