Eh its ceremonial except when you need to cover for the founder when they are away.

Not really. The WA post isn't really an executive one. We're working on constitutional proposals though, so just be aware of this. You may at some point become a legitimate acting president until we can hold elections - or you may continue holding the post informally, dependent on what South America decides.

Edit: Grammar.

Just noticed that we have a new regional President.

Time to hail, hail the new Pres. with the hail song (just insert the word "Paquador" when you see "party" or after "hail") -

New Pres., seems we might have to bring order back to the nation of SI. since it seems there citizens are fleeing -
This shows it -

Guys, so what is going on with our constitution?

It's not, but it would have been the most innocent and cutest coup in South America's history. :D

Bienvenido Surgito.

Calimera II wrote:Guys, so what is going on with our constitution?

Almost everyone active voted for a new constitution and then when asked to approve one they were not interested. So then when the not interested were asked what they wanted they said they did not know - maybe what we have now? So the whole thing was just pointless and we ended up where we started.

@Aurea - We will be moving some tanks through Aurea, we hope you do not mind. They will be traveling to Veraguay via rail.

No they won't. And not a single international treaty or law can make it happen. His Imperial Majesty's Government is worried the tanks will be used to suppress the protestors in Veraguay who demand basic rights and freedoms. It will also be seen as another Rio Cana attempt to destabilize the region, which will not be tolerated. You can try by air, sea or land but all of it is controlled by Aurea, Calimera, ER and NC. None of these will stand for Rio Cana aggression again.

Bring it. :p

Your answer has given me an idea for a news story.

"Rio Cana to send humanitarian supplies to Veraguay"

viewtopic.php?f=23&t=452364&p=35682488#p35682488

It's good. If the supplies are real humanitarian supplies (I doubt!)

But a fact check from the article:

Rio Cana wrote:The ships, which will be sailing through international waters the whole time, are expected to arrive in Veraguay in eight days.

International waters may apply to oceans (Aurea will be watching to make sure the exclusive economic zone is not breached) but it definitely does not apply to rivers :P the Paraná is through Calimera only. So sure if Calimera allows deliver the supplies (arms). But maybe expect checks? :P

The Parana river is an international river. See this map which shows that the Parana flows next to Paraguay (Veraguay) after passing via Brazil (Aurea) -
https://i1.wp.com/www.internationalwaterlaw.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/rio-parana.jpg?ssl=1

Then there is the fact that Argentina signed this in 1853. The US was even involved - Read -
https://www.loc.gov/law/help/us-treaties/bevans/b-ar-ust000005-0058.pdf

Then we have this on International Law -
http://www.fao.org/3/W9549E/w9549e08.htm

So unless Calimera wants to go against International law and treaties they have signed, that river is International (Free Navigation to all)

I suppose that all entirely depends on whether Calimera wants to adopt that as part of his history. If he does, you’re good. If he doesn’t, you’re not so good.
