Section 3 - Palancia, for their initial perversion of the flag, shall be forced to eternally bear the flag of the American city of Milwaukee, shown here: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/71/Flag_of_Milwaukee%2C_Wisconsin.svg/1200px-Flag_of_Milwaukee%2C_Wisconsin.svg.png.
