Wilhelm would be first noticed as an underachieving student in First Grade where he was found to be illiterate and overall picked on by his fellow students. He would limp through the starting grades and would slowly learn to read and write Oskaari by a few of his separate teachers who had demanded to the his mother that he should or they would call the Police regarding the ever-changing amount of bruises and cuts he had on his arms, legs and head as he would regularly fight with his siblings and the fellow kids of the Suburb. Wilhelm continued to go to school regularly until he was pulled out of classes by his father who had permanently returned home on the grounds of abandoning the family. Early into his middle school years he ran away from home and hopped on the first train he saw which carried him north to Romainsteig where he would stay at an orphanage while attending the local school until he got out of High School and would pick up an interest in Military-assets during this time.
Due to his excelling in Maths and Sciences at the Romainsteig Municipal High School and his qualification of an Orphan -which would look good for another school- he would be given a scholarship to the University of Sieggeismar where he would later join the Student's Military Interest Association after becoming fascinated with Military Equipment, Structure, and History. He would regularly attend events that showed off Soldiers and would later drop out of the University and join the Truppekräfte as a Rifleman for the 88th Brigade
After Training at Richterssätten he would be sent all the way back to Sieggeismar due to his Drill Sergeant's report on the Young and Ambitious Wilhelm Strasberger and would be assigned as a Royal Palace Guard along and Later the Director of Security at the King's Palace on the outskirts of the Capital. At that time he held no resentment to the Royal Establishment however feelings of discontent started to brew after he heard of the Pardon of his father by a King-appointed Judge after he had reportedly brutally beat his mom to the point of that she fell into a coma for a period of two weeks. In 2009 he would be reassigned from his position as Director of Security for the King to be deployed to the Colony of Oskaari Afrikanea where he would meet the Ambitious Monika Schneider who led the 92nd Brigade and gracefully accepted him into her ranks. Here they connected over their discontent of some of the King's policies and Government. In 2010 the Oskaari-Jenovachi War would start and Greater Jenovah would successfully invaded the Jigo Peninsula where Afrikanea laid and would fight during the battle of Pilohaha, Timora and other battles before the King's Government surrendered the Colony to the Jenovachi.
Wilhelm and Monika, both absolutely livid due to the failure of the war and their visions of a stronger Oskarheim where the King's Government was struck down and a more Militarist-centered Government rose to the throne exploding, they started their scheming against the King. They quickly would gather support from all aspects of the Military, promising New Ships and Greater Interest to the Seestreitkräfte, More Planes and further Experimental Aircraft to the Luftkräfte, and greater power to the Truppekräfte. By the New Year of 2011 they had gained sufficient support from all branches and started their plan to overthrow the Government.
On June 21st, of 2011, Monika and Wilhelm along with several thousand others marched on the Capital of Sieggeismar with full intent of dismantling the former Royal System and would later overpower the defenses of the King's Guard after the King's request for Backup and suppression of these rebels were rejected by the General in charge of Forces within the Sieggeismar Area as he had shifted to the Militarist's side. That Night, Monika's Rebellion captured all Royal Family Members within the Royal Palace and claimed victory for the Military. Oskarheim was firmly in their control.
In September of 2013 on his way to an assignment to inspect one of the upcoming airplanes that would be added to the Luftkräfte Arsenal, He would travel by train to Dettelbüren but along the way, he would avoid death after a disgruntled and angry Royalist would throw a vat of acid he had smuggled onto the train upon the Nationalkommandants face, as he changed train cars. The man was immeditally seized by Oskaari Guards and the train later arrived in Leonkreis in Auerwald. With water being poured on his face and quickly bandaged, Wilhelm was rushed to the nearest hospital where he would stay for multiple weeks as he recovered from the attack however his face was forever scarred.
Wilhelm, still having his face bandaged returned to Sieggeismar where he would fall into a deep depression before he eventually came out of it months later. During this time he would be given his infamous black metal helmet as a present on behalf of Monika which he would take with open arms. After he regained his integrity he set out once more, taking leave from politics for personal reasons where he would essentially disappear for a month as he returned home and would brutally beat his father to death as revenge before re-emerging to take up the helm of Nationalkommdandant once more.
Nowadays he can regularly seen be around the many Government buildings of Sieggeismar, Military Headquarters across the nation and at events which are considered of high importance in place of the Kaiserin.

Wilhelm is white. However he is most often fully covered by his uniform, long socks and gloves; yet has been spotted in public fully void of his infamous uniform. Most of his skin seems to be unusually poor and when he goes out in public, he dawns a pair of sunglasses -even at night- a black surgical mask and wears his shoulder-length hair in on the right side of his face to cover up most of his disfigured face.
