~ Thy Tenets of thee Order ~

The Three Tenets

I. Rise above civil discord
The proud Order is founded on trust and respect. Civil discord threatens these ideals, and should be avoided in order to maintain a friendly environment. Disagreements are inevitable, and are best solved via a quick chat between the parties, rather than civil strife affecting the entire Order.

II. Keep your sword sharp, and your head high
While under the mighty banner of the Order, you are considered a representative of the Order.
During your tenure as a Midknight, actions and behaviour that demerit the Order should be avoided*.
Honour the banner, and the banner will honour you.

III. Do not compromise the Order
The Midnight Order is independent of all alignments. While there are Defenders and Raiders present in the organisation, the Order as a whole is a Independent Military.
During our operations, we will cooperate with parties from both spectrum's of the order.

To maintain our status, we will only cooperate with a single spectrum at any one time. During the necessary periods, all information of secretive nature is to remain behind closed doors. The High Command if deem necessary may share it, but only with relevant authorities of the cooperating spectrum.

Spying and Sedition will be dealt with harshly. For example:

King Raider of The Raider Club sends OpSec info to TMO

TMO discusses that only with The Raider Club, and not any Defending Organisations
Likewise,
MC Fend.A of The Fenda Clan sends OpSec info to TMO

TMO discusses that only with The Fenda Clan, and not any Raiding Organisations

Unwarranted release of such info is not only compromising allies, but bringing dishonour upon the Order itself.
A breach of the Third Tenet is the most serious of offences. Even a first offence will result in an immediate dismissal and banjection. 'Spying' in such a way is one of the worst offences in R/D, and once committed, you might as well make a new identity to get back into mainstream R/D**.

Appendix
*Rule-breaking behaviour should be reported not only to the Order, but also to moderation. Any individual partaking in such violations does not deserve protection under the Order.
**Pyrosky suggested this.
