ANGA Resolution #04-Addressing the Greco-Bulgarian conflict
Resolution to the Assembly of Nations: General AssemblyTitle: Addressing the Greco-Bulgarian conflict
Sponsors: The Kingdom of Romania
Noting that the attempted assassinations of key Greek officials have been executed by persons of Bulgarian descent
Considering that assaults against government officials of high rank is a justifiable causus belli
Stating that the Bulgarian government denied any accusations, and that the perpetrators did not mention their state or group of allegiance
Dismayed that despite efforts to engage talks, the Greek Armed Forces started incursions into Bulgaria on July 12th, 2037
Therefore, the Kingdom of Romania hereby:
Urges Greece, France, the Altan Orda and Bulgaria cease hostilities between each other
Implies that member states cease sales of weaponry to these states until the resolvement of the conflict at a later date
Calls for an ANSC council meeting to talk and address this conflict further
Urges for the creation of an AN peacekeeping force, which will be garrisoned within a 2 kilometre distance of either side of the Greco-Bulgarian border
Warns that any state that fails to abide by this resolution will be subject to economic and/or diplomatic setbacks, the form and strength of which will be discussed should a state object to this resolution
