In Manchuria 4 Infantry troops have been raised, placed 1 Each in the provinces of Anshan, Tonghua, Fusong and Yanbian.
In Gobi, 2 Infantry troops have been recruited, both placed in the province of Bayingol

In Tibet, 2 Infantry troops have been recruited, both placed in the province of Naggu

In Southwest China, 4 Infantry troops have been raised, all placed in the province of Yuxi

(Total of 12 Infantry Raised)

In Liangguang, 4 Calvary troops have been raised, all placed in the province of Zhaoqing

In Southeast China 2 Calvary troops have been raised, 1 each placed in the provinces of Fuzhou and Quanzhou

In Shaanxi and Shanxi 2 Calvary troops have been recruited, both placed in the province of Yan'an

In North Central China, 6 Calvary troops have been trained, 3 In Wuhan, and 3 in Anqing

(Total of 14 Calvary Raised)

In East China, 8 Artillery troops have been trained, 3 in Weifang, and the remaining 3 in Linyi

In Northern China, 3 Artillery troops have been trained, 2 in Peking, and 1 in Baoding

---North China---
7th & 8th Artillery situated in the province of Pekking move to the province of Chaoyang.
9th Artillery is moving from the province of Baoding to the province of Tangshan
---East China---
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Artillery stationed in Weifang will move to the province of Cangzhou.
The 4th & 5th Artillery troops will move from Linyi to the area of Cangzhou to meet with the 1-3rd Artillery.
---Shaanxi and Shanxi---
The 7th & 8th Calvary will move from Yan'an to the province of Taiyuan
---Gobi---
The 7th & 8th Infantry will move from the province of Bayingol to the province of Ejin
---Tibet---
The 5th & 6th Infantry will move from the province of Naggu to the province of Degen
