Subject Focus
Politics
The primary focus of NPNM is Politics, as the P in NPNM symbolises Political. NPNM covers everything political on the National Stage from Royal Family Events down to Department changes.
Public Events
NPNM avoids localised events, however will be involved if a major event affects the national politics in anyway, for example, NPNM covers mass attacks or major political bias that may change the way the National Government acts. NPNM has been called a major Royal Family 'Gossip' show as they focus major stories around the Royal Family, however the President and Commander in Chiefs have not conducted themselves in ways notable to NPNM.
National Tragedies
NPNM covers every major tragedy throughout the nation, including the Dave Barrett Jones Building Attack in December 2014.
International Events
NPNM has focused a lot of its recent stories around international events with the top story being the events between North Korea and South Korea, although nearing peace, this story has brought much focus and notable attention to the National Government in how they will act to prevent an outbreak of war. Recent stories also include the Syrian Civil War and the attempt of the Provincial Union to diffuse the situation.
