Sebastian Strzec (pronounced St-reh-zik), commonly referred to as 'Ice', 'Cold-hearted bastard', or 'Ambassador' is an Omnan politician, elite, diplomat, and current representative of The State Omnum in international affairs. He is the brother of previous and disgraced Ambassador Oskar Strzec. He is a politician of the Inner Circle of the Omnan oligarchy, meaning him and a select few elites have total and utter control over the country. Even the upper elite of the burgeosies answer to him, with his level of authority (Alpha-Black) being just under that of Uncle Sam himself. He is said to be the personification of Uncle Sam in Party Appearances. Strzec entered the upper class elite in October of 2016, (citation needed). Most of the information obtained on Strzec is redacted, and has been obtained through appearances in the Regional Congress of North Ustaynga and the World Assembly.

Early Life
Oskar was born in Tilvakare, Area III, at Sector 2 Hospital to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], a lower class proletarian family. The second of four children, Strzec grew up as a cold and calculating machine who ruthlessly analysed the mechanics of social interaction, family, and the lower class. His father, [REDACTED], was apathetic to the government and Uncle Sam, often telling Sebastian tales of Cospus before the dictatorship regime and Uncle Sam came to power. Sebastian, as the second oldest, felt inferior, which displeased him greatly. At the age of 5, he began the State Education Program at Sector 4 Youth Education Centre. He was usually silent in class, sitting at the back, and sweeping the classroom with his eyes. Upon being nominated and chosen for the Academic State Science Corps, he felt for the first time in his life a sense of pride and power. Still only 13 years old, he began to use his understanding of hierarchy, propaganda, rumour-spreading, blackmail, and intimidation to rise to higher and higher ranks within the organisation, however, he chose to be content as the subordinate officer to his Corporal. It is assumed that this was a tactical ploy to avoid spotlight, as he had already set his sights on rising to the upper class elite, no longer content with life in the proletariat. Strzec was at this point sure of the inner workings of the party, saw through all the propaganda, and despised the ruling elite. This was not for the oppression they forced upon him and other lower-class citizens, but for the inefficiency and obviousness of Uncle Sam's artificial nature.. Strzec Graduated from Sector 4 Adolescent Education Centre in 2010, with an ATAR of 99.99, the highest in the State.
Life
Strzec was a up-and-coming tactician in the 146th Regiment during his years of compulsory service. Often outsmarting and poking holes in the plans of his senior advisors, several formal complaints were lodged against his conduct, which was at all times calm and collected. Obviously, The State had been watching him for quite some time at this point, and several begun to fear his intense desire for power and clear goal of joining the Elite. He was nominated for subtraction by REDACTED, REDACTED, REDACTED, and REDACTED, all of whom died horrific and appalling deaths in a rapid succession over three days. Still alive, Strzec [REDACTED] his seniors and manipulated records, hacked computers, and smooth-talked his way to being reclassified to Second in Command of Omnan Task Force 666 'OCDemons', an elite special operations group of commandos, tacticians, and weapons specialists. Due to an unfortunate incident involving a tractor, piledriver, and [REDACTED], Commander Heirrekstanov was rendered incapacitated, leading Strzec to rise to a promotion. Between the years of 2012 and 2016, his whereabouts became unknown, presumably due to his importance in high priority classified operations as part of OTF666*. The State subtracted all non-essential personnel and citizens who had any connection to Sebastian to maintain the secrecy of his identity. At the end of his 4 year service, Sebastian was observed living in a 24,000,000 acre mansion in the Upper Class District of Okostraz, Sector I. It is assumed at this point, he had mercilessly killed, manipulated and assassinated his way into the Bourgeoisie, and then into the Omnan ruling Inner Circle.
*Footnote: Sebastian was in fact subject of attempted subtraction by the Bourgeoisie, and tortured for 4 years in isolation beneath the Upper House. Every single member of the Bourgeoisie responsible for his incarceration is now deceased.

Of the utmost importance to Strzec is power. He holds the state in complete subservience designed to grind the psyche of citizens into the ground enough to ensure they never have the strength to revolt, but give them health, incentive and prosperity to serve his country and allow him to display international and crushing military might, Cold and calculating, Strzec believes the population should suffer under a model of propaganda filled collectivism where enough is provided for everyone to not only survive, but perform at their peak. Under his oligarchical ideals and socialist reign, every citizen is closely watched by the Inner Circle and lower bureaucracy of the proletariat to ensure they achieving maximum productivity and military fitness. This includes regulation of diet, exercise, training, education and manufacturing in the economy. Primarily, he views his humans as resources, and they are essentially nothing more than tools to achieving world domination and more power through economic expansion. He has been known to measure success through GDP, and cruelly [REDACTED]. He is responsible for maintaining the persona of Uncle Sam to keep the masses patriotically and fiercely enslaved through forced love to this ideological figure.
