JPA was created by the Community of Greater Ursus Nations (COGUN) to act as the replacement for the PACA after the Kondorak Event, its acts as a general defense force to possible internal threats such as riots, dictators and civil wars on the planet and now as a Invasion to push Alien threats out of friendly Planets.
