WATERED DOWN FORUM ACTIVITY BILL [PASSED]

RECOGNIZING the importance of forums within regions,

REASSERTING that regional forums could be a potential place for eventual roleplay, and discussion,

NOTING that the regional forums would be an excellent place for archives, such as New Waldensia's hall of fame,

ALSO NOTING that the regional forums could be of importance in regional politics, and could host events such as debates, party threads, etc. in an organized manner,

BELIEVING that the forums could also host diplomatic events and help our region get recognized,

SEEING that the forums could also help get us more active outside of roleplay, and might in the future be able to host the senate,

however NOTING the opposition to elections held on the forums, or requiring users to use the forum,

still BELIEVING that we need to be somewhat more active on the forums, if not by a little bit more,

HEREBY:

I: ENCOURAGES members of the region to join our forum

II: REASSERTS our regional forum as: http://s15.zetaboards.com/FCN/index/

III: ENCOURAGES foreign representatives to join our forum

IV: ENCOURAGES diplomatic events to be held on our forum

V: HIGHLY ENCOURAGES new members to join our forums

VI: HEAVILY RECOMMENDS that current members join the forums

VII: ALLOWS FOR the forums to become a means of holding election, if the majority of the people wish for this method before the election

VIII: ENCOURAGES all citizens and residents to try to be somewhat active on the forums

IX: Allows for people to become residents and citizens on the forum through a thread
