Constitution (not complete)

We the united people, of the Syndicate of Gregicstan to form a long-lasting government, promote peace, justice, liberty, and a common goal, come of the date of (insert my date here) crate this constitution for the Syndicate of Gregicstan.

Article I Voting

Section I
All people no matter race, religion, or way of life is allowed to vote. The only limiting factors are residents must be 15 years of age and a Gregicstanian citizen by birth or officially by immigration.

Article II Goverment Branches

Section I
The Executive branch is made up of the Leader and Grand council to run the most important parts of the government.

Subsection I
The leader of Gregicstans election term lasts from voting in, to retirement, impeachment, execution or death. He is elected from a Grand Council member. He acts as high general, Head of the Grand Council can Veto any change made by the Grand Council and Higher and Lower House. He also brings up laws for voting, can declare emergency war, and is the "first responder" to any issue. He is balanced by if he is found of any treason, taking advantage of his power for any type of war crime or evil, or talking about Brussel sprouts. If any of these happen at all the Grand Council can vote to impeach or execute the leader.

Subsection II
The Grand Council consists of 10 people other than the leader. Each has their own specialty. Grand Council has an election term that lasts 10 years with one spot being voted for each year. These people must have a masters degree, have been in the military for at least 2 years, be 30, and be a natural born citizen with no criminal record. The Grand Council acts as the advisors for the leader, and if a surprise death, the longest running member takes over followed throughout in succession. They also vote on everything from issues to laws, can veto the leader if a 7/10 vote is achieved, and act as a form of diplomat for world and alliance meetings. The actions of the Grand Council can be vetoed by the leader, or the lower and Higher House if a majority vote is achieved. They can be impeached if they are found guilty of serious crimes or treason by a judge.

Section II
The Legislative branch consists of the Upper house, Lower house, and county governors who mainly run the less urgent government matters.

Subsection I
The Upper House consists of 20 people. The Upper House has an election term of 5 years. 4 spots are voted for every year. These people must have a college degree, be over 25, and be a natural born citizen with no criminal record. The Upper House votes on a bill to become a votable law for the lower house, regulate finances, as well as vote on laws, impeachments, and lesser issues. The Upper House can be impeached by a judge for any medium and worse crime or any form of treason.

Subsection II
The lower house consists of 100 people. The Lower House has an election term of 2 years. 50 spots are open each year. These people need at least a high school degree, be 21 born in Gregicstan, or be a citizen for at least 30 years from immigration with only a minor criminal record. The Lower House's job is voting on laws, minor issues, impeachments, and the yearly budget. They can be impeached for any medium crime if found guilty by a judge or any form of treason.

Subsection III
There are 25 counties of Gregicstan and each gets their own governor. The County Governor has an election term of 5 years and 5 are elected every 5 years. These people need at least a high school degree, be 21 if born in Gregicstan, and be a citizen for at least 30 years if they were an immigrant with only a minor criminal record. The governors run the county on only affairs and laws that affect that county and that county only. They all meet at the Capitol building to discuss regional and national happenings 4 times a year. Any governor can be impeached for any medium crime if found guilty by a judge.

Section III
The Judicial branch consists of the executive, regional, and local judges.

Subsection I
The executive Justices are 7 individuals that are voted in by the grand council if they die or retire. They have the ability to find a law or individual in the government unjust and state an investigation, confront, and change. They also judge many high profile cases being mass murders, civil rights, extreme lawsuits, etc. They cannot be impeached as their term is there entire life.

Subsection II
The regional judges are 5 groups of 4 individual for that judge higher profile cases in their respective areas. They can also impeach any local judge that has proof of corruption and can be impeached by the executive justices.

Subsection III
The Local judges consist of 1 to 3 people based on county size. They are selected by the judge that preceded them for their position and only take care of local matters inside of their government.

Article III Citizenship

Section I
To become a citizen of Gregicstan you must be born in the country or go through a year of formal integration to the country.

Section II
To immigrate to Gregicstana person must have a legal work, school, or marriage visa, have no criminal Record, wanting to be a citizen. The person must learn the national language, history, and the culture throughout government sponsored classes.

Article IV Amendments and law passing

Section I
To pass a law or issue any member of the government can create it. Then, it is passed by the lower house or upper house with a 7/8 vote. If passed it moves on to the High Council for the final vote, but if failed it has to wait 4 months for representing and a revote. After the high council vote, the law or issue is enacted on the Monday of the next week.

Subsection I
The President at any time can veto the vote or issue during the voting process. This can also happen by the executive judges.
