Godescalc Says Central Pacific Empire 'Lost Everything'

BREAKING NEWS | 11/05/17

Achim Godescalc used his first hours as Chancellor of the Confederacy to sign Executive Decision 001AG, officially and permanently removing the Confederacy from the Central Pacific Empire. His statement:

All I can say is we kept ourselves active when it really mattered, while everybody else were missing in action. We stood by our allies, and all the while receiving no support. Whether it was during our year and two months as Prime Minister and World Assembly Delegate, or as Foreign Minister or as a private citizen, we never faltered in our ability and our responsibility to do the very best we could do for the Central Pacific Empire no matter the moment. Lately, we felt like a lone wolf, with absolutely no support from fellow members and leaders, therefore we took initiative on our own, especially when The Radiant needed our friendship most. I do not know what is being said about us, but I assure you we do not care; we have lost nothing, while they have lost everything. Their commitment has been long neglected, and therefore they are merely floating aimlessly with no stable land in sight. With that said, I am removing New Nationale Einheit, effective immediately and permanently.

UPDATE | 11/08/17

Chancellor Godescalc, taking questions from members of the press at The Residence in Hausmacht, explained that he holds "no tainted feelings" against the Central Pacific Empire. He implored them to "renew their commitment" and to "focus on unity and growth" if they want to remain relevant. Godescalc also made it clear that New Nationale Einheit "absolutely never once held questionable motives" against the region and never will. Godescalc wished the CPE "great luck" going forward.

UPDATE | 11/08/17

After being notified by the Judiciary of the Central Pacific Empire about punishing NNE for not living up to their oath, Chancellor Achim Godescalc said this:

I will not be intimidated by a regional Judiciary who remains missing only until someone does something they do not like. They are coming after us, while their own government is spitting on their oath as they are largely inactive. But no, that seems to be alright and has become the norm for months in a region suffocating from a massive lack of concern and growing inactivity. Stripping us of our citizenship will hurt us in no way, but we will stand, fight, and hold them accountable for all to see, mark my words. A dying region has zero influence, and for that they only have themselves to blame. My interest is to inform others of the CPE's vulnerabilies, as we are not the ones damaged. They will never slander us and we will fight this to the ends of the universe. Yes, we will.

UPDATE | 11/09/17

A statement by Chancellor Godescalc:

I am getting tired of being villainized by the Central Pacific Empire, but I will continue keeping strong not only for myself, but for my fellow citizens. Going after a nation who has given all their strength to do right, especially during times of uncertainty, is a very historic insult. We will not bow down before a leaderless regime, and we most definitely will not succumb to idiotic bias. Things could have been handled differently, I do accept that, but what they're doing is severely ludicrous. They need to focus on their own MIA leaders; they need to rectify their own problems. NNE will continue treading forward.

UPDATE | 11/10/17

Chancellor Godescalc released a statement reporting that he has not yet received a reply to his formal request to meet with leaders of the Central Pacific Empire regarding NNE's departure from the region:

This goes to prove what I have been saying all along: they are inactive and therefore cannot be taken seriously. They can yelp about me and NNE all they want on their RMB, but they are still the ones with the real problems. I implore them to focus on their dying region and not me, my fellow citizens or The Radiant. We are okay. We are not weak. We are not intimidated. We are moving ahead.

UPDATE | 11/11/17

After receiving no reply from the Prime Minister regarding a formal meeting, Chancellor Godescalc announced that NNE "will not recognize the CPE as a legitimate region" and will not allow their "stiff upper lip" to become a continued distraction. "We have tried to reach out and to reach a positive conclusion, but they are too inactive to keep on trying an epic waste of time," the Chancellor said. "Obviously they can slander NNE on their RMB, but will not talk to us face to face... But that's not our problem," Godescalc concluded. He did say in private that he wishes his friends "still inside" the CPE the best of luck. "I will miss them," he said.

UPDATE | 11/12/17

UPDATE | 11/13/17

Chancellor Achim Godescalc announced today that he will "not be giving any further attention" to the Central Pacific Empire, citing that the Confederacy has "much more imperative" things to focus on. "We must move on, and so should they," the Chancellor told members of the press at the Residence in Hausmacht. Godescalc accepted no questions on the matter and concerning his latest decision. His office is evading all inquiries.
