Step 1: Propose the law in a committee of Assemblian officers of at least 7 representatives during an official committee meeting granted by the House.
Step 2: Write a formal resolution following the requirements of resolutional power.
Step 3: Propose this at a Assembly meeting (at least 65% of The Assembly has to be in attendance).
Step 4: The committee members will explain individually what this resolution means to the executive committee.
Step 5: Vote
Step 6: If succeeded, passes to executive committee, if failed, resolution is up for repeated proposal.
Step 7: If passes executive committee, passes to Supreme Court for constitutional ruling
Step 8: If constitutional, bill passes.
