Kyoki Chudoku

Welcome to the official website of Kyoki Chudoku!

The Supreme Ultimate Country of Kyoki Chudoku is a country ruled by the Supreme Overlady of All Reality, Aozora Chiyumi. With an iron fist and deadly blade, she leads the nation on the path of authoritarianism and order. Traitors and criminals are killed, punished often with agonising torture as they deserve. The country has a powerful military with access to conventional troops, advanced technology and some arcane elements. Located in the The North Pacific, Kyoki Chudoku is a member of the Warsaw Pact, and a country that supports tyranny to a high degree.

Ideology: Kyoki Chudoku is a proud supporter of tyranny. Having a centrist economic policy, it sees authoritarianism levels as more important than economic systems. It is a largely non-discriminatory nation where ethnicity, gender and orientation are seen as unimportant, but where people are to perform their duties or suffer. Rule through fear is utilised to keep subjects where they belong.

Foreign Policy: Kyoki Chudoku does not accept emigration or immigration. Tourism is not allowed except for important individuals. The nation values its security and is cautious who it allies with. It only has embassies with allies and nations it is close with. The nation does not seek to intervene in wars that don't involve it or its allies, but will defend itself from any threat and ensure the destruction of enemy nations.

The land now ruled by the infinitely superior Kyoki Chudoku used to belong to a pathetic democracy. However, Aozora Chiyumi came along and led a glorious revolution. With the might of the sensible behind her, and the creation of her tenshi, she took over and declared herself Supreme Overlady of All Reality. Kyoki Chudoku became a tyrannical state under her wise guidance. She developed new districts, appointing elite tenshi known as the Densetsu to rule them and manage their specialties.

Seeking aid to ensure foreign democracies didn't destroy her new nation, she allied herself with the Warsaw Pact led by The Sanada Clan, and the Supreme Authority. The nation soon become a major part of the Warsaw Pact, helping its influence spread throughout the local region. At the same time, technological exchanges with the Supreme Authority aided their military equipment and biological weapons projects.

However, despite this, the nation was not entirely safe. A group known as Nakusika attempted to take control, but were obliterated by Chudokuren and allied forces. The traitors had their base island converted into the nation's largest landfill. This was followed by a foolish attack by the glue-eating primitives of The Akhara Islands brought Kyoki Chudoku and the Warsaw Pact into war. Akhara was decimated, their forces obliterated by a combined counter-attack. This helped Kyoki Chudoku become a recognised power. Around this time, media warfare was used to ruin the reputations of certain foreign leaders.

The demise of Lord Gray, the Sanadan ruler, had a notable impact on Aozora and the nation as a whole. Torture and execution rates were increased, tyranny was further enforced, and the military was further expanded. Additionally, the Supreme Overlady began her plan to achieve indirect rulership of Necerierra by adopting Sagiri Axelford-Hoffmahn. She was successor to the throne, and by tenshifying and training her, Aozora planned to effectively create a puppet state in the future.

The revelation of the Sanadan situation led to further increase of security. Aozora declared all crime to be treason, and nekofication punishments became rare. At the same time, execution and torture became even more common. Further arcane study was performed. The military continued to expand, special forces groups grew, and began to undertake several operations. This included the implementation of Sagiri's rule of Necerierra.

Conflicts in more recent times that Kyoki Chudoku was involved in included the WP-N8T0 war, a chaotic affair which resulted in Kyoki Chudoku and its allies being victorious. Meanwhile, the nation struggled to deal with the increasingly unstable nature of spacetime.

The terrain of Kyoki Chudoku varies significantly. It is generally coastal and temperate, with numerous forests and mountains between cities. However, southern areas begin to become sub-tropical and contain small rainforests, and northern areas are often cold and even snowy. Kyoki Chudoku lacks deserts.

Kyoki Chudoku's climate is fairly average. Rainfall occurs but not too commonly except in the southernmost areas (where it occurs more) and Sangaku District (where it generally snows). In winter, most of the area above Shinrin District can snow, but generally doesn't too much. Notably, when it does rain, storms are fairly common. Winds can be harsh across Kyoki Chudoku, especially around Yasei District's coastline.

Population

Kyoki Chudoku has a significantly large population of around 850 million residents, distributed fairly evenly throughout the districts. Nogyo District has the lowest population and Chuo District has the largest.

Language

The official language of Kyoki Chudoku is Japanese. The only other language with any significant presence is Mikisa, an unusual blend of Japanese and a few other languages which is not officially recognised by the country but can be encountered in some communities.

Religion

Kyoki Chudoku is yet to entriely prohibit religion. Instead, it uses education and propaganda to discourage religion. Religious facilities are no longer present in the nation, and its small remaining religious population is declining rapidly.

Race

There are three races present in Kyoki Chudoku. The first of these is humans. In terms of general appearance, Chudokurens usually have brown eyes and black or dark brown hair, and a lightly brown skin tone.

The second race is nekos. These beings are in actuality humans, who were forced to undergo the agonising nekofication procedure as punishment for their crimes- or, in some cases, out of their own choice. They have two main feline features- cat ears and tails. These organs do not serve any major function but are sensitive and cause pain if injured. Most nekos behave rather hesitantly, though this is not due to their race, but why they became it.

The final and rarest race is tenshi. Kyoki Chudoku's resident magic users, tenshi are absolutely loyal to the Supreme Overlady of All Reality. Their powers vary immensely. They are created from humans or nekos, who are placed in tenshification vats. Those that survive emerge as tenshi. As a result of the process, most tenshi have unusual eye and hair colours.

Kyoki Chudoku is ruled by Aozora Chiyumi, Supreme Overlady of All Reality, with an iron fisted rule for the greater benefit of the country. However, she cannot manage the affairs of each district alone. For this purpose, she created the Densetsu, elite tenshi with particular specialties, to govern each district. Being tenshi, they are absolutely loyal to Aozora and obey her instructions. They do, however, serve as advisors.

Security

Kyoki Chudoku sees "civil rights" as a foolish excuse to avoid doing what is optimal for the nation. Any who question Aozora's rule are punished as they deserve. Crime is seen as treason against the Supreme Overlady of All Reality. Torture followed by agonising death is used on those who commit crime of the worst nature, whereas execution is used in those who commit crimes of moderate heinousness. Petty crimes are punished by forced nekofication, and prisons in the nation are generally filled with torture chambers.

Kyoki Chudoku is a notable part of the Warsaw Pact, which serves as a major basis for its diplomatic relations. The nation does not accept trade or even embasssis with nations it is not allied to. The Chudokuren doctrine focuses on defence, but also involves combined assaults with allies and use of bioweapons as a deterrent. Conscription is mandatory for all citizens that do not have extenuating circumstances, giving Kyoki Chudoku a large reserve force, however it lacks the equipment or economy to draft the entirety of this reserve at once.

One notable aspect of Kyoki Chudoku's culture is its media.
