The colour ratings of a nation designate how safe it is for Ephyral to visit as tourists or any other visitor, excluding diplomats, who may be dispatched by senatorial decree to nations whom travel to is otherwise restricted. The nature is safety is determined primarily by the stability of the country, such as terrorism, insurrection, or other armed conflict, or like of social/societal collapse and/or the nature of the populace as an anarchist force in a failed state, as well as the estimated crime rate. However, the culture imbalance or hatred to and from Ephyra involving other nations is often taken into account, as the possibility must be weighed of whether an Ephyral tourist would be attacked for their race, ancestry, culture, or homeland in the nation they are touring.
