{§ 1}: Members of the court has heard necessary evidence from the
Prosecution and the Defense. Charges from the Prosecution are not limited to
Ban/ejection Permanently and the stripping of founder powers. Mugwop has stated the
negligence of the founder who happens to have a puppet and is still in the region. Yet,
our founder has said that he has not violated any regional law whatsoever. While
Forestavia has provided numerous exhibits in his case Forest’s lawyer Gyuamno has
rarely responded to any of the questions asked by the defense and Judge New Bacon. All
charges have originally started out with Gyuamno when he dismissed the government. It
took about seventy-two hours to fully restore the government and the whole region was
declared a state of emergency.

{§ 2}: Forestavia has always been the founder of the region regardless of
what anyone says. In accordance to Nationstates Site rules Oakplumington is Supposedly
the founder of the region. Many know that the puppet the founder controls is Forestavia.
All evidence was reviewed and noted that there was no such law that was ever violated
with Forestavia and the region. There was no connection as to what has happened with
Gyuamno and his reign as delegacy. The decision that Gyuamno has made was his
choice.

{§ 3}: In closing, Forestavia’s refusal to restore Oakplumington has
increased the threat of raids to occur in the region. The Black Hawks have failed to raid
us based on increased security patrol throughout the region. Of course, everyone cannot
be on nationstates all of the time to spot these criminal raiders. However, Gyuamno
himself was not a raider. Gyuamno just took control of the delegacy to prove his
communist views. Ban/ejecting Forestavia is just NOT feasible due to Forestavia’s
potential to circumvent the ban, which WOULD cause more trouble in the region if the
ban of the founder were to take place.

{§ 4}: [a] THE COURT OF THE MYSTICAL COUNCIL HEREBY
SENTENCES FORESTAVIA TO COMPULSORY ACTIVITY OF
OAKPLUMINGTON, ONCE EVERY FIFTY-NINE DAYS AT THE MINIMUM.
[b] FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER OR TO TAKE
HEED OF THE OPTIONS CAN RESULT IN THE FOUNDING OF A NEW REGION
WITH CURRENT BORDER OFFICERS CLOSING THE REGION.
