The mission of FPEC is to coordinate and unify the petroleum policies of its member nations and stabilize global oil markets in order to secure an efficient, economic and regular supply of petroleum to consumers, a steady income to producers and a fair return on capital for those investing in the petroleum industry.
FPEC was formed in 2017 between the nations of Saudi ildonia and Porpoise isle with the purpose to further secure their interests in the global petroleum market. It was signed by a treaty between these two nations in the capital of Porpoise isle, Okuru.
