Motion for the Amendment of Citizenship Reformation Act

Section I: Preamble

NOTICING that the Citizenship Reformation Act 2016 states that “The Minister of the Census shall be appointed by the Prime Minister, to any qualifying member of the Council of State.”

REALIZING that the Citizenship Reformation Act does not comply with the Ministerial Establishment Act 2017 which allows for any qualified person not just a member of the Council of State to become a Minister.

HEREBY amends the Citizenship Reformation Act 2017

Section II: Provisions

HEREBY amends Section III Sub-Section I to read as follows:

“The Minister of the Census shall be appointed by the Prime Minister. There must always be a Minister of the Census at any given time. The Minister of the Census may, with the consent of the founder and Prime Minister, provide exceptions to citizenship for individual nations.”
