Constitution

I, the Founder of our great region, do here place the written words of our Constitution.

In the interest of understanding the world and bringing about a shared empathy brought only to a mind having been given a multitude of perspectives, our dear region was pulled from the nothingness into existence and shall remain, so long as the desperation for knowledge within our souls continues to burn.

First and foremost, each and every individual has the absolute right to speak their mind in order to bring about a better understanding of any viewpoint they may hold. Without this right, we are nothing. Without this right, we are lost.
This does not cover any form of abusive language, as this can, and often will, create an atmosphere in which ideas are left unshared and suppressed. Any such language may be removed at the discretion of the proper officials.

Secondly, all officials, minus the Founder, will be voted on through popular vote. The right to choose our leaders defines our right to shape our futures. This right shall not be undermined under any circumstances. Should an official prove unworthy, a count of at least one half (1/2) of the current WA members must sign and turn in to the Founder, a statement asking for a vote to be held and a reason as to why the official has been deemed unworthy.

Accepted Reasons for Impeachment:

• Official has abused their power.
• Official has abused their power on multiple occasions.
• Official has broken a rule stated in the regional rules.
• Official has broken multiple rules stated in the regional rules.
• Official has broken any rules stated by NationStates.
• Official has grossly acted out of line as an official of the WDR.

* More reasons may be accepted at the Founders discretion.

A call for impeachment may be overruled by the Founder.

Thirdly, all those who wander are welcome. This region invites and accept all who wish to join. It is understood though that some do not come with good intentions. Any such individuals may be banned at the discretion of the proper officials.

Should an individual have settled within the region for over one month (30 days) or participated (through embassies) within the region for over three months (90 days) or held a WA nation while settled for one week (7 days), will need to be telegramed beforehand and given three days to request a trial be held.

All banned individuals will be given the chance to redeem themselves. After a period of two weeks (14 days) an individual may contact the Founder and request a vote be held to reverse the ban. The Founder may refuse at their discretion.
