Offices of Justice


Offices of Justice are departments of the Ministry of Jurisprudence that assist the Union in judicial proceedings. Their employees are appointed by the Minister of Jurisprudence, and they are led by an employee-in-chief chosen by the Minister.

The Office of the Citizen's Advocate (TOCA):
TOCA was established by the Act of Parliament "On Judicial Rights and Procedures" (SO#2017-14), and it's mission is to provide legal representation to people accused of Criminal Offenses and to those who pursue Civil Charges against the Government. It is lead by Chief Citizen's Advocate Islamic state of malaya.

The Office of the Union Prosecutor (TOUP):
TOUP was established by the Act of Parliament "On Judicial Rights and Procedures" (SO#2017-14), and it's mission is to investigate and prosecute cases of Criminal Offenses and to defend the Government when it is accused of a Civil Offense. It is lead by Chief Union Prosecutor Nassau-windsor.
