The Three Treaties

[i]An agreement between shareholders of the region.[/i][/center]

1. This treaty recognizes Signatories of this treaty, also known as [b]Prince-Electors of Recon[/b](hereafter "Prince-Electors") to be part of a regional federation called "The Crown Federation of Recon", for the greater cooperation of prosperity and security for all its member nations.

2. Prince-Electors must be a sovereign monarch of an independent sovereign state.

3. Prince-Electors must be related to at least one of the [b]Kings of Leloux[/b]* by blood or marriage.

4. Prince-Electors vests full authority into the [b]Emperor of Recon[/b], a title to be held by the reigning sovereign of [nation=short]The Recon Empire[/nation], to exercise the authorities of legislation, executive and judiciary. 

5. Prince-Electors are specifically recognized as the shareholders of the federation, and excludes citizens of the Prince-Electors. 

6. The Emperor has full authority, but shall consult with Prince-Electors, in for related matters of:
- the Inclusion or Preclusion of the status of a Prince-Elector of Recon; or
- any matter deemed of significance as raised by any Prince-Elector.

7. Modification or amendments of this treaty requires the unanimous consent of all signatories involved.

8. This treaty is legally-binding, both OOC and IC, to all signatories of this treaty, and is superior to all treaties signed by the Crown Federation of Recon hereonafter.

9. Signatories of the treaty do not sign on a personal behalf, but on the respective Crowns or sovereign entity, and as such the powers of the treaty extends to the next holder of the title.

10. Prince-Electors shall recognize the Recon Dollar as non-exclusive legal tender of their own sovereign state.

11. Prince-Electors shall contribute to the federation as deemed appropriate by the Emperor.

[i]A plural agreement between the Emperor of Recon and Federal Companions.[/i][/center]

1. This accord is a collection of bilateral agreements between the [b]Emperor of Recon[/b] and [b]Federal Companions[/b] of the Crown Federation of Recon, legally-binding for both OOC and IC.

2. Signatories to the Turrensia Plural Accords are referred to as [b]Federal Companions[/b] of the Crown Federation of Recon.

3. Signatories to the Turrensia Plural Accords must be a Federal Associate and receive an [b]Writ of Companionship to the Federation[/b] sent by the Emperor of Recon at His Majesty's pleasure. 

4. Special amendments may be made to accommodate the negotiation of a Companionship.

5. Signatories of the treaty do not sign on a personal behalf, but on the respective position, and as such the powers of the treaty extends to the next holder of the title. Similarly does not extend to the citizens or government of the sovereign nation.

6. Federal Companions shall pay an [b]Annual Fee[/b] as deemed appropriate by the Emperor.

7. The Emperor of Recon reserves the right to determine and exact a financial penalty for violations of regional legislation, not exceeding 50% of the [b]Annual Fee[/b].

8. The Emperor of Recon shall issue a [b]Federal Rebate[/b], defined by all unused funds in the Federal Budget, to all Prince-Electors and Federal Companions proportional to the individual fees and/or contributions.

9. Federal Companions shall be entitled unhindered access to all [b]Federal Services[/b], which is defined by regional government agencies authorised by the Emperor of Recon, except on violations of this agreement.

10. Citizens of Federal Companions shall receive equal employment opportunities to Federal Services as Citizens of Prince-Electors.

11. Federal Companions shall recognize the Recon Dollar as non-exclusive legal tender of their own sovereign state.

12. Both Federal Companions and the Emperor of Recon reserve the right to terminate the accord at free will.

[i]A multilateral agreement between the Emperor of Recon and Federal Associates.[/i][/center]

1. This agreement is a multilateral agreement between the [b]Emperor of Recon[/b] and [b]Federal Associates[/b] of the Crown Federation of Recon, legally-binding for both OOC and IC.

2. Sovereign leaders, whose sovereign nation resides in the Crown Federation of Recon, excluding [b]Treaty of Forteral[/b]  and [b]Turrensia Accord[/b] signatories, shall be a [b]Federal Associate[/b]. 

3. By the move into the region, all Federal Associates agree to the General Agreement as is.

4. The General Agreement is not subject to any changes or modifications.

5. Signatories of the treaty do not sign on a personal behalf, but on the respective position, and as such the powers of the treaty extends to the next holder of the title. Similarly does not extend to the citizens or government of the sovereign nation.

6. Federal Associates shall pay a fixed [b]Annual Fee[/b] of 2% of the Associate nation's GDP or GNP, whichever is greater.

7. The Emperor of Recon reserves the right to determine and exact a financial penalty for violations of regional legislation, not exceeding 50% of the [b]Annual Fee[/b].

8. Federal Associates shall not receive Federal Rebates.

9. Federal Associates shall be entitled unhindered access to all [b]Federal Services[/b], which is defined by regional government agencies authorised by the Emperor of Recon, except on violations of this agreement.

10. Citizens of Federal Associates are prohibited from being employed or receive compensation from the Federal Government, except by grant of a Personal Charter by the Emperor of Recon.

11. Federal Associates shall recognize the Recon Dollar as non-exclusive legal tender of their own sovereign state.

12. Both Federal Associates and the Emperor of Recon reserve the right to terminate the accord at free will.
