Amendments to the Constitution of U.W.S.

1st: Freedom of speech and Freedom of Religion.
2nd: A right to be told of what one is accused of.
3rd: A right for representation. A right to not self-incriminate.
4th: A right to a speedy trial.
5th: A right to be judged by a jury of peers.
6th: A right to appeal.
7th: A protection from cruel and unusual punishment.
8th: A right to have control over ones own NationState.
9th: A right for all citizens to have a puppet to be used for defense of this region.
10th: A right for all citizens a due-process of the law.
11th: Section 1 There will be an upper house called the Senate. Their term will last for 3 years. They will be voted upon in December. For every 4 members in the house there would be 2 senators. Senators would be selected from the house and voted upon by house members.
Section 2 The Senate will confirm executive appointments. Approve treaties. Propose closure of embassies. Vote on whether to declare war. Approve judges to the Supreme Court.
Section 3 In impeachment proceedings they will vote to remove those impeached members from office.
Section 4 Senators can be removed from their seat upon due process an a formal vote by the Senate.
Section 5 Terms for the President should last 2 year and be voted upon in December.

All Presidential candidates will be nominated by the house in November in order for them to be voted for in December.

All NS in our region should now and forever be allowed to have the freedoms of expression and assembly in U.W.S.
14th
Section 1: The President can be rendered incapacitated to carry it their duty if they have been inactive for 20 days, cease to exist, are expelled for gaming violations.
Section 2: If the President is rendered incapacitated, the Vice-President will be next to assume the Presidency.
Section 3: The next to assume the Presidency if both President and Vice-President are incapacitated is the Speaker of the House, followed by the President Pro-temp of the Senate, Secretary of State, Secretary of War, Attorney General and finally Secretary of the Treasury.

Amending the Constitution, a proposal must be made by a member of Congress. It is approved when 2/3rds of the Congressional members vote in favor of it.
