The Fascist Expulsion Act seeks to ensure that fascist ideology and material is Banned from The Leftist Assembly. This Act hereby amends Section I, Article I of the Code of Laws to implement these changes.

Section I, Article I of the Code of Laws

Any nation that begins and continues to unjustifiably post inappropriate material or offensive rhetoric that encroaches upon the liberties of the Constitution of The Leftist Assembly may be considered eligible for banjection from the region. Inappropriate and offensive material is defined, but not limited as:
1. Unwarranted slander and libel against another nation that is otherwise in good standing.
2. Publically or privately threatening the sovereignty of the regional government of The Leftist Assembly through either a declaration of allegiance to an enemy region or public/private attempts to coerce others into active treason.
3. Continued spam messages on the RMB that interfere with regional activity and the functions of the populace, hindering progress.
