Lunnland, officially the Kingdom of Lunnland, is a sovereign state within the Southwestern Alliance. Lunnland is a Mondric country situated in the Northeast region of the Southwestern Alliance's jurisdiction. Lunnland's population is 69 million (2017), and the majority of the population is concentrated in the northwestern region. 89.2% of the population is Lunnish people who speak Lunnish, a Souimish language semi-unrelated to the Scunnish languages; the second major group are the Lunnish-Macers (5.1%).

Lunnland is a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy with a central government based in the capital Lännsol with local governments in 205 municipalities. The Greater Lännsol area, also including the Vuunsala and Homleskka regions produce a third of the country's GDP.

From the mid-15th century, Lunnland was an integral region a part of the Emrosian Empire. Until the 18th century, Emrosian influence deteriorated due to rising tensions and small revolts calling for independence. The Lunnish national identity rose heavily, and in 1793, a coalition of militias sparked a revolution known by the Lunnish people as the Lunnleiioss givartii revllemii (Great Lunnish Revolution). From this, the Emrosian Empire's governance over the Lunnish was overthrown. In 1875, Lunnland was incorporated into the Tsomin and Ulmin empires, and split into two regions; the northern region was controlled by the Tsomin Empire with several semi-autonomous regions over-watched by the Tsomin monarcy, and the southern region was controlled by the Ulmins. In 1901, Lunnish revolts mandated independence from both empires and eventually reigned victorious in 1905. In 1906, clashes between Northern and Southern Lunns arose. Northern militias that were made up of Tsomin sympathisers attacked Southern Lunnish cities, those of which were fervent supporters of complete Lunnish sovereignty. The Lunnish Civil War was officially declared in February of 1906 by Northern Lunnish general Tummin Saari. In September of 1911, the Southern Lunnish armies marched into the Nothern capital Jerrsol and overthrew the government buildings. Six days later, the Northern government surrendered and officially declared defeat by the South on 19 September 1911.

As of today, Lunnland is a large, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its state-planned economy. The hard-nosed population of 69 million Lunns are highly moralistic and fiercely conservative, in the sense that they tend to believe most things should be outlawed. People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion. The medium-sized government is faced with the competing demands of education, law & order, and welfare. The average income tax rate is 35.8%.

The Lunnish economy is worth 3.27 trillion nutrics a year and is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry. The industrial sector is led by the tourism industry, with major contributions from retail, basket weaving, and arms manufacturing. Average income amongst Lunns is 47,382 nutrics, with the richest citizens earning only 2.2 times as much as the poorest.
