With world tensions rising, a string of terror attacks accross Andromitus, Harmony recently held a General Consensus regarding the development and manufacturing of military technology within the Heartland. The proposal has since passed and over the course of several weeks a variety of plants will begin production of a variety of items ranging from arms to artillery.

Andromitus has also recently signed the Treaty of Defense and Nonaggression with the state of Calofas, and negotiations are going underway with Merlinton. This treaty was signed to aid the new Calofasian state in the international community, and to, to quote the Outermost College, "Begin the slow steps to economo-cultural ties between our two nations." Among other points, the main portions of the treaty are the military mutual-defense of either attack in the case of an offensive strike. This way both nations can aid each other in the case of, say an invasion, but can also ensure neither nation is obligated to aid the either in the case that said nation is the invader.

With these two bits of information in mind, the Outermost College just secured several military arms deals with nations such as The vidnoye and Calofas. This also includes the military training of said nations troops; alongside this, the Praetorian Guard recently updated its aerial fleet of remote-aircraft and high-damage explosives. Last Sunday, the Guard began running military exercises within the Andes Mountains and Cloud forest, performing mock-bombing runs within the Tatacao desert, alongside naval and aerial drills on the Pacific coastline. 4 Andreallic naval vessel were also just transferred over to the Calofasian Navy, and the Guard has reported sharing details for several high-yield long-range missile systems, updated cannon armaments, and the release of the next generation supersonic fighter known as the X-12 Sparrowhawk claiming it to be one of the fastest jets in its class alongside boasting its fighting capabilities in a variety of climates, weather patterns, and combat scenarios.

Sentinel Vahara had recently responded to the so called "High Servant", stating that, and I quote: "Those interrogated where heavily armed with a variety of weapons; Either these are the most militant street preachers since the Catholic inquisition, or they were Viper terrorists."
No further information has been released, however it must be stated to the "High Servant" that public preaching is frowned upon and can be prosecuted with Disturbing the Peace in the Heartland. In regards to the insurgency, the Praetorian Guard have finally unquarantined Arc Lammedia, and the zone has been declared safe by the Guard. However, it must be stressed that Andromitus will be increasing its security tenfold and the transportation of goods shall now be under heavy scrutiny by the Guard.

Finally tonight, the nation seems divided on the increased ideological strain between Andromitus and the ITF and a second General Consensus is to be planned regarding the subject. No information has been released to the international community, but we'll be sure to inform all of you if a major development takes place.
