Once you receive a telegram from Plagentine or Festavo the enigma telling you to move to another region and endorse the delegate you will know that you have been given a military order. In order to properly fulfill the task, simply follow the instructions below.

The World Assembly acts as the United Nations of the NationStates world, and we can use it to invade other regions. In order to join the World Assembly you first have to set an email account to your nation. You can do so by going into your setting: page=settings

Once you have set a valid email address to your nation, you can proceed to join the World Assembly. First, click the World Assembly button in your sidebar:

Then, once the WA page loads click the "Apply to Join" button in the center of the page:

Once you do so you will be greeted by this message:

After that, go to your email account and go into your spam folder. You should see a confirmation message from NS:

Open it and then click on the link inside:

After that you will be greeted by an NS page requesting that you once again confirm your membership. Just click the confirm button and you will be officially a member of the World Assembly:

Now that you're part of the World Assembly, it's time to move into the target region and endorse our Delegate. In order to move to a region, you need to go to their regional page first. The link to the target region will always be linked in the military orders. So once you click the link, such as The Roman Empire, just scroll down a bit and click the "Move to [region]" button:

After that, you need to endorse the delegate. The link to the delegate will always be linked in the military orders, just like the target region. For example, here's a link to the delegate of our region: Fivyylia. Just click on that link, then scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You should see a "Endorse [nation]" button:

Just click that and your endorsement will be relayed. That completes your military orders, but remember to stay in the region until you receive a telegram telling you to move back home. Otherwise if you move right back your endorsement won't count. And, of course, you do not have to use your main nation for this. You can just make another nation and follow the military orders with it while you stay in the Roman Empire with your main/current nation.
