The Industry Freedom Act will allow candidates or current members of the General Assembly to have any level of private industry, as this is difficult for the Chief Justice to track, the Chief Justice can easily allow members or candidates to violate the law with virtually no possibility for consequence, and many of the NationStates industries, such as Pizza Delivery, could be private in a leftist nation, and so the level of private industry isn't a good indicator of leftism. This Act hereby removes the opening sentence clause of Article II of the Code of Laws, and makes other slight changes to clarify/improve the Article.

Article II of the Code of Laws

Any nation with a private sector over 50%, or is classified in one of the following categories, is not allowed to participate in any regional government, due to being in contradiction with the mission and nature of the region. Should a member of the General Assembly unintentionally fail either of these qualifications during their term, they should notify the Minister of Law, or one of the Minor Justices, before receiving a two-week grace period to correct it. The nation categories that are restricted by this Article are:

2. Capitalizt
3. Compulsory Consumerist State
4. Conservative Democracy
5. Corporate Bordello
6. Free Market Paradise
7. Iron Fist Consumerists
8. Moralistic Democracy
9. Right Wing Utopia

Article II of the Code of Laws

Any nation classified in one of the following categories is not allowed to participate in any regional government due to being in contradiction with the mission and nature of the region. Should a member of the General Assembly become classified into one of the categories during their term, the Chief Justice will be responsible for issuing a 14-day grace period for them to correct it. If the nation is unable to do so within the allocated period, their position will be vacated. The categories that are restricted by this Article are:
