1). NO excessively graphic discussions of torture or mockery of real groups/peoples; this is a game, this is satire, please bear this in mind. Subjects that are off limits for torture/ridicule etc. include: cannibalism, hurting children, people with special needs, religious groups, LGBT persons or other real life groups of people, and pregnant women. Yes, we are vile and malevolent in character, but we are NOT sadists. Just keep things vague and say "slaves" or "citizens." As well, nations whose names violate any of the above will not be welcome.

2). Some "real life" rules:
a.) NO glorification of REAL LIFE dictators (Hitler, Stalin, Mao, etc.);
b). NO glorification of REAL LIFE atrocities, e.g. the Holocaust;
c). NO mocking of real life tragedies or events where people have been hurt or affected negatively.

3). NO Moderation bashing. Should they take any action(s) within the region, they are acting in an official capacity, and are NOT to be mistaken as "characters."

4). Do NOT call "Dearest Leader" God, or a god; he may act like he is as such, but do not use this label.

5). Some "character" rules:
a). Do NOT claim to speak for "Dearest Leader" (or any of your other fellow dictators) in ANY way. e.g. "Dearest Leader shall do X," or "Dearest Leader thinks Y!" Let users speak for themselves.
b). Do NOT use any dictator in any story line or post etc. without their consent. e.g. "I am Dearest Leader's cousin and he attended my country's Olympics!" No, you're not, and no, I did not. You don't have my permission to use my character without my consent, and that goes for every user's character in the region.
