Article 1, Abolishment of the Secretary of Everything Else position
-Noting the ambiguity of the role of the Secretary of Everything Else, The position of Secretary of Everything Else is here-by rendered null and void
Article 2, Abolishment of the Secretary of State and Defense position
-Noting the multi-purpose roles of the Secretary of State and Defense position, the Secretary of State and Defense is here-by rendered null and void
Article 3, Establishment of the position of Secretary of State
-A new cabinet position shall be created by the name of "Secretary of State".
- The "Secretary of State" position shall be apointed by the President of the Free Coalition of governments with the executive power of Roosevetania.
- The "Secretary of State" shall be responsible for Implementing the President's foreign policy.
- to achive this the "Secretary of State" shall have power over:Appearance, Communications, and Embassies.
Article 4, Establishment of a Secretary of Defense
-A new cabinet position shall be created by the name of "Secretary of Defense".
- The "Secretary of Defense" position shall be apointed by the President of the Free Coalition of governments with the executive power of Roosevetania.
- The "Secretary of Defense" shall be responsible for leading the regional Armed Forces.
- to achive this the "Secretary of Defense" shall have power over:Appearance, Communications, Border Control, and Polls.
Article 5, Establishment of an Attorney General
-A new cabinet position shall be created by the name of "Attorney General".
- The "Attorney General" position shall be apointed by the President of the Free Coalition of governments with the executive power of Roosevetania.
- The "Attorney General" shall be responsible for prosecuting regional crimes.
- to achive this the "Attorney General" shall have power over:Polls, Appearance, and Border Control.
Article 6, Establishment of a Secretary of the Interior.
-A new cabinet position shall be created by the name of "Secretary of the Interior".
- The "Secretary of the Interior" position shall be apointed by the President of the Free Coalition of governments with the executive power of Roosevetania.
- The "Secretary of the Interior" shall be responsible for: maintaining communications with residents, and providing a link with residents of the FCG to the president.
- to achive this the "Secretary of the Interior" shall have power over:Polls, and Appearance.
