Rules on Military and Tech Tree

Here are the rules on Scientific Advancement and Military tech tree:

1. O-99 in Scientific Advancement is Tier 0 "Modern Tech", Then shifts 100-149 for Tier 1, Then 150-199 for Tier 2 and so on in increments of 50. This is to determine the tech in your countries and how advance your militaries are.

2. Military equipment should be restricted to the capabilities within your Scientific tier and can advance with higher Scientific Advancement Score or through Issues.

3. Military tech can be shared between nations through agreements or issues.

4. DO NOT META. If you want to compare the sizes of your sticks, do it acording to the tech tree, not google images or deviantart.

5. Military size is dictated by the Defence Forces Score and adjusting the decimal three places to the right.

6. Failure to comply with the above rules will recieve a warning, then RP injunction, the banning from the region.
