Laws of the Genesius Union

1. All defense forces must be joined together into the Imperial armed forces. Exceptions to this law: Shield World 27, for it has no defense force, and Murder is Fun, for it is literally where we throw our criminals that are judged bad enough to have the death penalty.

2. Nations may arm their police force like the military only for personal use.

3. All nukes are to go to The Nuclear Warhead. Don't worry, he can't use them without his Majesty's permission, an AI makes sure of that.

4. Council, a board of advisers for His Majesty, may vote on laws proposed by the High Chancellor. If a tie happens, His Majesty may choose whether or not to consider the issue(as of 11-21-2016, it only need be a tie of those who voted). If it is a majority, His Majesty must at least consider it before shooting it down or accepting it(as of 11-21-2016, it only need be a majority of those that voted). Should his Divine Majesty vote, it mean it is over(at least 2/3 of the time set aside for vote must pass for his Majesty to do this), and the side he voted on is the winning side.

5. Nations may create militias on the basis of the weaponization stat for their own use.

6. Law:Genesiusiany:This is a three part law. A. To Make Genesiusiany the national religion of the Empire, thus protecting the right to be a Genesiusian anywhere in the Empire. B. To give the States of the Empire the right to have a state religion, thus being able to push their religion on their people or allowing them to be whatever religion they wish to be. C. States must allow visiting people to keep their religion no matter what it is.

7. Law: Factions:This is a three part law. A. Gives members of The Council the right to make factions. The maker of a faction can set the rules of a faction. B. If the leader of a faction votes, the members of his/her faction vote that way(see part C for a time this will not happen). C. Member of factions do not have to vote with their leader

8.Law:Number of Votes:The number of votes shall be based off of population. Less than 100 million is one vote, 100 million to 1 billion is two votes, 1 to 5 billion is three votes, and 5 billion up is four. As bigger Populations come about His Majesty will be able to mess with this to make it better.
